I wouldn’t recommend these apartments at all everything started out good until u sign your lease and move in and u notice things that need to be fixed or taken care of . The manager has such a nasty attitude when I told her that theirs a plumbing problem in the bathroom with the sink and toilet she wanna argue and tell me that’s it’s nothing when it constantly happens this wasn’t a one time thing . I even have pictures and video of when it happened again. Then when I ask for my money back they don’t wanna give it back I’m not staying no where that has plumbing problems and manager act

The only redeeming quality for this place is the location and that the ladies working in the office are nice. The gym door is broken and a ton of the equipment are missing pieces and damaged as well; gym bathroom usually doesn’t even have toilet paper, soap, or paper towels. There’s always kids running around and playing in the gym, too, forcing the door open without using a fob to unlock it, which is why the door is broken no doubt. Unprofessional, disorganized, and total disregard for individuals time. I was scheduled to move in a certain time and the complex did not notify me at all that the move in date was pushed back 5-6 days. Not one email, text, or phone call after I reached out to them days before about move in. The day I was supposed to move in I called ahead out of courtesy of there staff to prepare for me to come only to find out that My apartment wasnt going to be ready another 5 days. I chose to get my deposit back and move forward. Do better business and communicate with people ahead of time about situations

Spoke with Ms. NaToya and she was really nice and professional. She told me everything that I needed to get into an apartment here. When I made it to the office she was really nice and walked me around to see different sizes.

All the amenities that are included into this apartment are bogus. They said they have washing machines and dryers available in every building but they only work on the side where people who work for the company stay. On the side by El Paso, they removed almost every dog cleanup station so there is dog debris everywhere. Not to mention the fence being broken or introduced to walk in through Elpaso‘s parking lot. Working with the leasing agent Tae getting a unit was a breeze. She is very professional and thorough in what she does. The open communication and quick responses definitely put me at ease as well

Everyone, there is nice and never gives you two different answers or holds attitudes, apartment complex stays clean. maintains are on point and also nice. Big shout out to TAE and the other lady I forgot her name much love ladies.

I recently received a tour of the property and it was great I felt as if I already lived there I was greeted with open arms and the complex itself was quiet and clean. Thanks for making me feel wanted

My daughter just signed her lease and moved her stuff in a couple days ago. She drove from Lafayette to her apartment to stay for the first night and get ready to go to work in New Orleans and the place was infested with roaches. Not one or two but all over the walls in every room. She couldn't stay long but treated it hoping they would die before… she got back from work. She works nights so arrived between 7 and 8 a.m. and they were everywhere. She cannot stay and has got to drive to Lafayette home because it's so bad. She's exhausted and now has to drive in the rain for another hour. Are

They take forever to take care of maintenance request! I have put in a work order for a new dish washer and it has been 4 months and they still haven't replaced it. I'm planning on blasting this on every social media outlet available because they are taking advantage of people who need a place to stay! Ridiculous!!! 😡

The pool is always a nasty green and unclean, its unusable which is unfortunate when you want to enjoy a nice swim on a hot day, the plumbing messed up in the past and they only took care of it after multiple people complained and had to threaten to call someone because literal feces was overflowing in to the grass. Even after someone was shot here the only compensation was $10 dropped on rent. Also there was a major wasp issue and even after complaints tennant had to go and spray them down themselves. Its unsanitary and unsafe living.

SWEATING 24/7 or BROKEN AIR CONDITIONERS EXCLUSIVELY is exactly what any amenities list this complex advertises should actually say. They do on the other hand advertise 24 hour maintenance which is perfect especially when each request takes weeks/months with little to no updates/communication. Or when no one is available to reach. I can't say enough negative things here to put in perspective how much you don't want to waste your money or time living here.#currentlymiserable

The complex feels safe and neighbors are very quiet and nice. The staff is friendly and maintenance is great!
