Our goal is to assist each of our members in achieving their desired level of fitness while looking and feeling their absolute best!
Discounted Family Fitness membership fees range from $1.85 to $3.90 per week billed monthly plus a onetime $10.00 card fee, both of which are required for fitness center use. 2 The Fun Pak is a Hotel package which requires a $49 non-refundable deposit to cover fees and taxes, some restrictions apply.

This gym has done a big turnaround recently. Brought in some new management, now the place is nice and clean and everything works as it should. I was told they are going to start up a "slimmin for women" style workout group soon, so that should be awesome.
I went to this gym years ago and was unimpressed. Nice to see things change for the better.

I’ve only been a member for about 2 months but I absolutely love family fitness Sparta. The equipment can be a little bit rough and worn, but the staff is so awesome it’s beyond worth it. I personally work with Christina, but all of the trainers are so great and helpful. Alex is great also. Id day pretty affordable too. Overall great people and really great place to workout.

Love this place. Staff are encouraging , helpful and supportive. Such a comfortable environment, woman's area is the best. They offer a lot of options and classes for everyone. Tanning beds are are always clean and kept up. I signed up a couple months ago and I go everyday. I would recommend this place to everyone, you will love too.

I LOVE this gym with all my heart. I've been a member and employed here for over 6 months now and I have never been so happy. I love getting to know the members and seeing their progress. It's a small-town gym with a positive and laid back atmosphere. The staff here are more than willing to help with any questions you may have. I feel at home and encourage you to join our fun little gym! "THIS. IS. SPARTA!" :)

Excited to work out again! After a year hiatus My motivation is back! I have to give some credit to the great staff here at Sparta Family Fitness. Jeff the manager truly helps bring the motivation out of its members. He along with other staff members(John and Eric)are very knowledgeable on the equipment and helpful when it comes to planning a workout routine. I couldn't be happier with the way this gym is running these days. I look forward to going again.

Family Fitness is a GREAT gym for the small town of Sparta. You can't beat the price! I love all the group classes and how all the ladies welcome you! The staff is so helpful when you have questions about the equipment. A big thing is that they know pretty much everyone by name and make sure they greet everyone when they walk in. The trainers are also an outstanding part of the gym and are always helping people out even if you don't have personal training. I would definitely recommend this fitness place to everyone!!!
