If I can give 0 stars I would. bugs everywhere tried to hang a picture the wall came down rust in the sinks rust all over the oven kitchen sink leaking vents dirty all in all I would never recommend this apartment to my worst enemy they need the state health department to come out and look at theses apartment.!

I just move in this apartment and I already regret it already. I been at my apartment for only two days and it is Cockroach infested. There are Roaches everywhere falling from the cracks in the ceiling and everywhere in the kitchen. The apartment was not Properly clean there was cobwebs on the ceiling and the bathroom had Chip paint. We had ask the lady about the roaches if they had a lot of problems with that and she flat out lie and say no you shouldn’t have a problem with that. I also found roaches in my bed. This apartment community is not worth your hard earned money.

I been here since late April and I’m a single mom of 2 girls. I’ve been having a hard time trying to catch up on my rent and pay it on time. The leasing office has worked with me each month and is very understanding. The customer service that this awesome team display each and every time is remarkable. Whenever I need repairs fix, they are out the very next morning to fix the problem. My stink was stopped up at 11 at night. The overnight crew came to see about my problem at that time of the night with a smile on his face. I highly recommend moving to this wonderful community.

The process from applicant to tenant was smooth as silk. Gardenia and Meagan were awesome. However, when I arrived to the unit, the first thing I was hit with was the smell of nasty dirty mop water. The whole apartment reeked of other people's dirt. I couldn't walk the linoleum pictures of wood floors without shoes, or a dirt film built up on my feet. Then I noticed all the poorly patched gouges in the linoleum wood floors. And had my first experience with mice and pantry moths. I was extremely disappointed overall, after being so excited to move in.
