The worst apartment experience I've seen for the price. On move-in, there was an AWFUL cigarette smell in the apartment that took weeks to get out. Plus, the TUB AND THE TOILET WERE NOT CLEANED! EWWW!

1. Roaches! I told the complex, they said they sprayed but I never saw them to so and there was no noticeable change.
2. Drugs - I've seen used needles on the ground, pot smell. When I moved in there was a drug dealer next door.
3. Crime - Since I have been here I have seen more cop cars than I can count for breaking into cars, assaults, gunshots.
4. If they could possibly fine you,

I was visiting family over the holidays and my car got towed. I understand that there are visitors parking spots but not enough towards the back. It took forever to walk from the visitors spot with an infant the evening before, so the next night I parked closer. The next morning our car was gone. I think that there should be more parking spots for visitors in the very back.....four is not enough. I pray that they fix this. The other option is to call my family and have them pick is up from spot further away. There are so many visitors spots near the office but hardly any towards the back. Other

I like how jasmine and Tiffany do there job. I feel as though they should be at a better position. They love helping people and making sure they stay happy. The maintenance is wonderful as well. They make sure your house is right and the trash and stuff.

These apartments are a complete overpriced rip-off. I lived in a three bedroom two bath apartment on the third floor and paid my rent on time all but once in the two years I stayed there. This place is only interested in getting the most money possible out of their residents, and not the well-being of the families that live there. If I knew I was working for a company that profits off of victimizing their residents the way this place does I wouldn’t feel good about working there.
I mentioned that I would not be renewing my lease three months prior to moving out. I spoke with a member of the

I toured this property last week. Jasmine is very nice and helpful. The apartment I was shown was cute but not the exact layout I'd be renting. When I spoke with someone on the phone I was quoted a great rate and when I arrived for my tour I was given a paper with this same great rate written on it. Once the tour ended (which was only of the apartment, I was never told about any amenities that this community may offer such as pool or gym, laundry etc) I decided to do the application and the rental rate had magically GONE UP OVER $200 more than what I was quoted 15mins ago. Definitely a waste of

Halton Park Apartments is a great place to live. All the staff are professionals who take the time to know you by name and they make sure when assistance is needed it's given in a timely manner. My decision to move to Halton Park Apartments was truly a great one.

Honestly 1 star is over doing it. They're rude in the office. Issues are never resolved. Maintenance takes weeks to fix anything. There's mold in the apartments. I get it's near the woods but the amount of roaches crawling around outside just is disgusting. They're constantly adding additonal charges to your rent monthly. They'll arbitrarily add your vehicle to a "tow list" with sky line and have your car towed even with a parking pass. They try to regulate how many packages you can receive if they're delivered to the front office.
Don't waste your time or money.

While I don't see much crime, I do see some unsavory stuff. People's trash and personal belongings get left on the grounds occasionally, as well as some nasty things I decided to omit. The office makes an effort to ensure the dog potty grounds stay clean. I don't really see anything suspicious going on. Maintenance and the office staff have been very friendly and attentive to our needs and/or any issues. Maintenance has always went above and beyond expectations. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming to our dog. It is still unsettling they showed a previous tenants occupied apartment. However

This place is in the cut a little bit. They offer great options for renting. You can get your place fully furnished if you're starting all over. And they have a movie theater that you can book! Now how about that?!

If I could give the place zero stars, I would. This apartment complex is a complete rip off and they will nickel and dime you for everything.

- We have had problems with roaches, flies, bees, and spiders. They claim to spray but the bugs just keep on coming.
- The walls are very thin, meaning you can hear all of your neighbors business and they can hear yours.
- The floors creak no matter where you walk.
-The leasing staff is incredibly inconsiderate and rude. They speak to you like you do not matter and are incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. If you bring up a question to them, they act

I would not recommend living here ever! There is definitely drug activity on a daily especially at the pool. My neighbor across the hall smoked and sold drugs from his apartment and I told the office and they could care less. The breezeways were always dirty! I had bugs in my apartment that they called resembled roaches but they played if off as it wasn't much until I called the regional manager and they then had temporary fixes done but the overall issue was still there. I had a rental car and forgot to put a sticker in the window and my car was towed and I had to fight with the tow company

A friend of mine lives here & while it's "off the beaten path" for location, it's nesettled in a quiet area.
Floor plans are nice, spacious & modern. Rent is fairly inexpensive.
They're right off I-485 & close to Concord & Charlotte.
These apartments would be good for singles, couples & families. They do have a cute park out in front of the complex.
