For example, Bill worked 20+ years as a self-employed general contractor. In Debbie's past career she became an expert in money handling as she operated her own bookkeeping business.

Found Bill highly recommended on our community FB page so I reached out for my 1 year review for our new build. He was very responsive and was able to get us in with a last minute notice which was great. Price is comparable to other inspectors so I was fine with the pricing and happy with the reviews. Very happy we contracted with Bill Young and Goodyear Home Inspections. He and his staff provided excellent communication and customer service throughout the process. Bill was able to complete our home inspection with out us being there and he followed up with a phone call to go over the report. The written report was very easy to read and to follow along with pictures to document what needed repairs. Bill was friendly and open and honest with his feedback.
