Located on the South Hill, the Artisan Apartments provides and atmosphere that one might expect from a condo-style community. Lush, modern landscape surrounds our temporary style community, and every entry features a slate entry as well as a garage that is attached directly to our apartments to keep your vehicle out of the elements.

Theatre/gallery lighting adorn the entry to all apartments and 9 ceilings are available in 6 different floor plans to choose from. All apartments provide some of the most desirable amenities. Our kitchens feature laminate flooring and contemporary cabinetry which includes a spacious pantry with shelving, wide breakfast bars, and a pull-out cutting board.

Been living here about 3 months now. Nice looking apartments inside and out. Great job with grounds keeping and snow removal. Excellent office staff. I've lived in apartments and houses (owned) in the area before and am enjoying my stay here.
