Services
At our facility, we have a spacious lobby, and four large exam rooms to keep our clients and patients comfortable during their visit. In the lobby, there is complimentary coffee and water just in case you need to quench your thirst. In all four exam rooms, we have a computer for notating your pet's medical records, so our technicians are prepared to answer any questions regarding your pet's history with us.
Countryside Animal Clinic offers compassionate, comprehensive health care for pets that includes wellness and preventive services, advanced diagnostics, surgery, dental services and more. We recommend that healthy adult pets visit the vet once a year. Puppies and kittens will initially need to come more often to ensure they get their needed vaccinations, and seniors (pets over about seven) should see us twice per year. Since animals age much faster than we do, disease and illness progress faster as well-and we want to catch problems early while they're more treatable.

We came to Countryside with my dog who was acting really strange. We were visiting from out of state and had never been here before and they were the only ones who would see him on short notice. After we got there and they saw his condition they immediately rushed him to emergency surgery. The doctor and staff was very good with communication. Unfortunately we lost our dog to bloat. We came back completely broken the amount of compassion and care they showed was what made it bearable. We had the room to say goodbye for as long as we needed and they answered all of our questions. Countryside is the beat veterinarian I have ever taken my dogs too. I have three small dogs. My smallest dog is very skittish of anyone handling him that he doesn’t know. They always make my dogs feel very comfortable, giving them special care every time they are there. Also, I have had to take one of my dog in for emergency care when he had a illness. They allowed me to bring my dog over right away and checked him out to make sure that he was OK. I feel very confident that my dogs receive exceptional care whenever I need to take them for a visit. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and compassion. Just having moved here, they were not our vet. We raced as a family like a cyclone today with our sweet Mia to their office. Mia died on the way to their office. They were wonderful to us. I can’t ever thank them enough how they treated our Mia and family. The vet and staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone one who wants a total office that cares. Last Friday morning, I realized it was time to give my sweet little Lacie comfort and send her on her journey to the Rainbow Bridge. I called Lacie’s vet office, but they were booked and could not take us; I checked with another vet nearby, and they were not taking new clients. I called Countryside and explained that Lacie would not stop seizing, and they told me to come right away. I was barely in the front door when I was quickly ushered to a private room. 5☆ care 1 ☆ prices. The cost associated with veterinary services are generally high and I expect a degree of sticker shock. But essentially I paid over $600 to determine I was not opting for procedures that cost thousands more and very easily could not work. The facility was clean and the staff were great. Also noted is that they gave us an appointment when no one else could for one reason or another. If only vet care this great was more affordable, more pets would not suffer.

My dad died suddenly and his dog was a one man dog. Sadly despite attempts to find another option for this older fearful rescue dog the only humane option was to put the dog down so he could be in heaven with Dad. Countryside animal clinic vet Dr. Michele Farrah and Jamie the certified vet tech were so compassionate and thoughtful and made this heartbreaking process peaceful for the dog. They took their time with us and were so understanding. Highly recommend.

I’m so thankful and grateful to countryside for coming out on emergency for my 4 year old horse. Dr Gibbs and Jamie did an amazing job stitching my girl back together. My puppy is a new patient to this clinic and I can say I am so happy we are coming here. Everyone is so nice and prompt. Today we had an amazing experience with Dr Gibbs, as well as tech Taylor. Both ladies were so sweet, even when Snickers was a HANDFUL, to say the least. Highly recommend this vet for anyone who loves their animals and wants the care and respect they deserve.

Came in yesterday, we seen dr Veronica buhler and had Lauren as our vet tech. I have been a client of countryside for atleast the last 5 years and I have never had such a wonderful experience like I had yesterday! Both the vet and tech were very pleasant and did thorough exams and work ups! I was very pleased with the time they took and the detailed explanations they both gave!

My dogs have been going to Countryside since 2020. I was happy at first but then service went down hill. I made an appointment for Progesterone testing to breed one of my girls. I asked when making the appointment if they did IDEXX testing because she was going to Ohio State University for her AI and they wanted numbers from… IDEXX. I was told yes they could do that. When I arrived I asked if I would have results the next morning. Tech told me no, that they have no idea when or if IDEXX lab would pick up the blood sample and that it could be several days. They saved my Milo. I am Forever grateful! When no other vet would get him in for an emergency, I called and they said bring him on right away, they came to my car as soon as I pulled up and rushed him in and… saved his life. They cared for him with such love and compassion, I was in tears and they comforted me. The staff and Dr Dunn are absolutely the best. Countryside Animal Clinic would be more humane if they showed empathy for new patients who were adopted after an abusive start to life. Maggie & Bentley moved from Massachusetts having the same Vet for many years. Dr Kendal Roweton took them on. The office staff were abrupt and unkind when my dogs showed anxiety. I adopted my dogs and gave my… promise to keep them safe. Maggie, 10 yo was there for grooming. She was anxious and shaking. The techs wanted to shove her into a crate. I told the Lead, Marie that I wouldn’t leave her until she settled in. There was no management staff
