Services
Graduated with her DVM from University of Florida. Outdoor personality, she enjoys air-boating, horseback riding and yard work in her spare time. Dr. Deby moved to Florida in 1980 to Suwannee county where she has been owner /Dr. of a veterinary clinic in Live Oak. She moved to Ozella with Fletch in 2014 and has been following her dream ever since.

The team at Crystal river animal hospital has been nothing short of wonderful to my dog, and to me. The entire staff is super patient and caring with my pit mix who REALLY does not like the vets office. Dr Beverly is so kind and you can tell she really cares about what is going on with your pet. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a good local vet!

I brought my dog here a co. worker recommended . I herd them disguising what my dog's diagnosis was and she found nothing! he said to find something. She returned said my dog had the dog flu. Was charged outrageous amout of money for doing nothing .. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

I brought my dog in Friday on an emergency...
Now, there are different types of emergencies...
There is.. my dog ate my stash emergency..
And there is.. my dog is dying emergency..
Unfortunately I was dealing with the latter..
I was told life saving surgery could be done for $700..... but. Ya know.. the surgeon had to catch a plane to go on vacation.
I buried my dog Sunday morning.
He deserved better.

This vet saved my kittys life 100% recommend this vet they are amazing and will take in with out an appointment in an emergency wonderful people there. I went to urgent care vet in crystal river they told me because I didn’t have 700$ that they wouldn’t help me and to bring my kitty home to pass. I called crystal river animal hospital at 8 am today and they took him right in and proceeded to help no matter if I had the money on hand or not! You have know idea how much they mean to me saving my kittys life!!!

My cat had a blocked urethra. I brought him in before they closed and met a wonderful veterinarian. He agreed to do a pu surgery for us. We spoke to him multiple times and he agreed to do the surgery on a Monday while we figured out finances. So we hospitalized him at an emergency veterinarian that they recommended us to. The Friday before his… appointment one of the ladies called me to confirm the appointment which I did and when Monday came around they told us he was no longer scheduled and could not be seen bc of a “misunderstanding” okay fine whatever. These wonderful people are amazing at what they do. Very down to earth willing to help any way they can. Always gets back to me in a timely manner. I was in a spot where i was going to have to surrender my baby due to vet bills i couldn't afford and they helped me pay the bill. I love these guys an i will drive across state just to come here. Best vet office i have ever been to.

This place is AMAZING! Their rates are very reasonable. Not only is their knowledge and compassion for animals phenomenal but they also take amazing care of their clients owners as well. Today, my two year old decided to have a full blown meltdown. Staff helped me with her inside the building and also helped me all the way to my car by walking my dog and carrying the diaper bag. I highly recommend this veterinarian office!
