Ongoing plumbing issues/water shutoffs. Both pools are closed for an indefinite amount of time because of lighting issues. How long could that possibly take to fix!? Half of the washing machines in the laundry room are out of order and the other half are full of people’s wet clothes. Rent is WAY too expensive for the amenities to be removed/nonfunctional. The front office is unhelpful every time I’ve contacted them. They’re only there to sell apartment leases and apologize/make excuses to tenants.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They're very shady when moving in. Read your lease very carefully because they will try to charge you fees. I was never told when signing that you needed to give a 60 day notice so I told them 6 weeks before my lease it up and now they're saying they are going to charge me an extra 17 days since i didn't tell them 60 days in advance. Thats so shady. I think everyone always knows it's 30 days in advance. When I asked to speak to a property manager they lady was very rude and aggressive and they refused to give me a supervisors phone number

I am counting my days to move out of this Premises …if I was given an opportunity of not paying “for breaking the lease” I wud be out !!
I will list out all the reasons not to be here when I move out …
1st thing you have to know is “in the summer here the pool is closed”opens up in chapters …and remember it’s 115 and it wud be good to be at the pool..but their will be on top of adding a late fee…well I will be back here in a month…

This apartment complex IS NOT handicapped accessible and is in violation of the America with disabilities Act. There are stairs everywhere and no ramps. They refused to work with me on an apartment that was suitable for my needs even after the doctor sent them the letter they required. By law they are required to do so.
They have tons and tons of water problems so the water is Constantly being turned on and off. I would not recommend choosing these apartments as a residence to anybody they look nice but they treat their tenants like trash and they overcharge.

I just moved out have lived at the apartment for over a year. My concerns are with the security. My truck was broken into twice. Their has been a huge problem with homeless on the property to include one living in the bushes by the tennis court, homeless in the trash can, and a really bad incident where a homeless caught a residence cat and put it in a plastics bag and put it in the laundry room trash there were many more issues. I spoke with management after I left due to not feeling I should have to pay the fee for breaking my lease and the Regional manager told me they were working on the problem
