Maintenance requests (2 of them for minor things I did not notice until being in the place a little while) have been finished same-day twice now. No sign of the person having been here except a door hanger card saying they have been in there to fix something. Very smooth and efficient process - far and away the most responsive of any apartment office I have dealt with.

They have taken advantage of my elderly parents by charging them on move out to replace the dingy carpet that was there when they moved in about 17 months before. I took a video on move-in to document how awful it was. The complex mentioned this was an older (non remodeled unit), but It was during the first few months of COVID and we were eager to get them into their own space since we were all stuck at home. The property agent (Michelle) claims because my mom signed a paper saying everything was "fine" they won't be refunding the deposit. She can barely see to find her stuff in her own refrigerator

Smell of cigarette smoke. Made my clothes, couch, bed all smell like cigarette smoke. I have complained multiple times, didn't even get a response. Also, they have a huge roach problem. If you want roaches falling from the ceiling and onto your bed while you're sleeping, this is the place for you! Their pest control is a joke. They spray, roaches are back the next day. I am so happy we are moving out.

The apartment complex picks and chooses when to answer the phone and whom they answer for. They returned packages sent to my apartment without notifying me. They've harassed me about my dog after I've paid the pet deposit. They are rude and go out of their way to find things to complain about and then proceed to charge me for them, again without notifying me. I highly recommend you stay away from Tesla park and most tribute properties.

Lived here for 2 years and I never really had any complaints. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. The buildings and property were always maintained well and clean. It was fairly quiet in my building. Never had any issues with neighbors. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price. I know that is a corporate decision and they just keep up with the market and demand.

This place is awesome for the price! Has all inclusive packages, which I love. No bugs hardly!
I do wish they'd add some upgrades to the cabinets/appliances in the kitchen, but everything is more than functional. The office staff is friendly enough, could be friendlier. Maintenance is on it- we've never waited more than a day for something to be adjusted/fixed. The community is full of dog lovers, which is nice because all of our dogs play together at the dog park. No noisy neighbors in my experience either.
I recommend Tesla Park if you're looking for a well cared for, inexpensive

This complex scammed me on my security deposit. I viewed an apt with crappy carpet, I asked if there was any way I could get new carpet before moving in, they said no. I needed a quick place to stay as I was new to town so just went with it. On move in on the paperwork where I reviewed the condition of the apartment, I asked them if I should note the carpet was crap, they said no.
Well after two years of being a great resident, paying rent early, no issues, they took my deposit claiming the carpet was crappy. I was so busy moving again to a different state, had no time to dispute these claims

I have lived here a little over 2 months now and have not had any major problems.
Moving in, there were some issues, but the apartment took steps to resolve them. We were given the keys and were horrified to see an unclean apartment, food in the fridge, trash on the counter, dirty bathrooms. Apparently the apartment had never been cleaned prior to move-in. We quickly went down to the office and told Johanna what the problem was. She tried calling the cleaning company with no answer. So, she came in and personally cleaned as much as she could herself. The cleaning company came a few days later
