I’ve been with rainier rentals for years that I lost count. When rainier rental took over the apartment complex in Lakewood things were going smoothly and it still does. The ladies aren’t rude, nor unprofessional, they are just doing their job. So if someone was talking to you in a disrespectful way do you think you’ll talk back to them in a respectful way. Some don’t and some will depending on the situation. I love my place and also the neighbor are awesome, we all communicate to each other to avoid any conflict. They’ll only be on you if your rent is due, to me communication is the

I visited here to receive my Deposit Refund. Because I'd rented an apartment previously from this office. I got the runaround: "We already mailed it to your Old Address". "Check back during the morning when the Accountant is here". "You should've called first". "We'll wait to see if the other check cones back before we write you a check". My thoughts on their way of handling things: Unprofessional, What if New Tenants take & cash the check they mailed. Why would they mail a check to me at Old Address when I can't get into the mailbox? I had already turned in apartment 🔑& mailbox 🔑 in person

I would highly recommend rainier rentals to everyone that's in the market for an apartment or house. I was recently discharged from having a total ankle replacement and needed an apartment on the first floor. It was no problem for the girls at rainier rentals. Since They opened their doors back in 1971 They bring to the table. Many years experience and knowledge which made it worry free for me. The staff are s friendly and helpfull they listened to what my needs where and it was a breeze, with the application forms finding me my place in a great location where all my needs are met. These ladies

The management is very unprofessional and rude. I've had problems with my apartment that pose a great danger to my health, but nothing is being done about it. I've called to bring concerns to their attention and was told that I'm aggravating. The rent constantly increases, but no upgrades have been made to the unit. The maintenance man has been caught multiple times entering someone's apartment without just cause or notification. Items in units have mysteriously disappeared with a "so-called" manager and maintenance man on-site. Overall this company does not conduct business with ethical and professional

I've been renting from Rainier for almost 4 years and haven't had any serious issues. I can't say much about things being fixed or not on time as the complex I live in is under the control of 2 different owners so I'm not sure who's in charge of the actual work. It's been a mess. I'm just glad Rainier took over back in May, otherwise I would've been homeless on a fixed income. The other management company expected a rent raise of $200 for a place that's not even worth raising the rent. As a result almost half of the tenants left. Now that Rainier is in charge everything is back the way it should

Terrible customer service. The women inside the office are more concerned about themselves and what they think than the customers and clients alike. All interactions, whether it be commercial or business, have been terrible with this company. They are unprofessional and not put together. Surely any other place would be worth it to avoid the disaster that Rainier Rentals is. A new staff and a more sophisticated office building would be one small step towards much-needed improvement.
