Rented from safe harbor and when we moved in there was no hot water. It took over a week to get hot water restored. Then when we were moving out, during the walk through we found out that the condition paperwork that we received it in (I had never seen this paperwork) said everything was in great working order and there was no damage. Luckily we took photos because there were stains and the carpet was folding.

Safe Harbor helped me deal with landlord tenant issues. I decided to rent rooms in my home and the task became overwhelming. At first I was doing this on my own and then I came to realize that there was much more to just renting a room out in your home. Sometimes tenants are not always what they seem and then you stuck with trying to evict them. There's a whole process that comes with that and if you don't know the laws you will find yourself stuck with a tenant that will be very hard to evict.
