No experience at all I do know these apt r not worth the rent they charge I'm struggling every month to pay it with only a small income, just pure ridiculous!!!!!!

Rented from safe harbor and when we moved in there was no hot water. It took over a week to get hot water restored. Then when we were moving out, during the walk through we found out that the condition paperwork that we received it in (I had never seen this paperwork) said everything was in great working order and there was no damage. Luckily we took photos because there were stains and the carpet was folding.

Great property management services. Their clear and detailed records make keeping track of income and expense, and doing a taxes, a breeze. They have also done a good job finding great tenants and being responsive to their needs.

Safe Harbor helped me deal with landlord tenant issues. I decided to rent rooms in my home and the task became overwhelming. At first I was doing this on my own and then I came to realize that there was much more to just renting a room out in your home. Sometimes tenants are not always what they seem and then you stuck with trying to evict them. There's a whole process that comes with that and if you don't know the laws you will find yourself stuck with a tenant that will be very hard to evict. You have to be very careful because one bad tenant can ruin your whole business, especially if it's your
