If I could afford another place to live I would move ASAP. I have lived here for 3 years now and the past year and half or so have been HORRIBLE with the new mgmt. Doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't answer emails. There is mold, roaches, and god only knows what else in these apartments. It takes weeks for the maintenance man to come out and fix things. As soon as I can find another place to live I am out.

Wouldn’t recommend !! I’ve lived here almost a year and since day 1 have had nothing but complains. Everything from mold, roaches, gnats, snakes, broken appliances and rude neighbors. The maintenance man is lazy and doesn’t keep the apartments up to par!! I sat in the heat for days because my air conditioner went out. I put in a maintenance request with the leasing manager early one Friday morning. The maintenance man didn’t come until 3 days later and by then I had already figured out how to fix myself. These apartments are not ideal for living. When I moved in there was black mold in my storage room from where the old water heater exploded, there’s spots on the walls where the paint they used doesn’t blend correctly, I’ve reported that my bedroom window was shattered way back before Hurricane Sally even hit Baldwin County, there’s a gap in my patio doors that has become a problem because swarms of flies have started infesting my apartment, and the maintenance man is very lazy and doesn’t have any sense of urgency when it comes to the importance of an essential repair. I would not recommend

I've applied at these apartments numerous times and every time there has been something wrong. I spent about $120 on the application and still nothing. The first lady was rude and acted like she didn't wanna help me at all. Literally sat down with her and she helped me fill my application out and it was still wrong.. The second lady talked more but was awful at letting me know anything. I went in there a couple of times to see if there was anything and just about every time she was just sitting at her desk on her phone. One time I walked in there and asked if she's heard

Maintenance doesn't do their job not too mention a snake problem and the tenants above 55 are rude don't obey the rules of the 8 am to 10 pm noise ordinance and not to mention he was caught looking through tenant 55 daughter window who is 5 and was taking pictures of the kids but people's privacy is always a plus I have been visiting 55 for a week and the tenants above 55 have been nothing but noisey and rude the child or whoever runs from 5 am until after 11pm and they don't make her stop but it's about respect if the noise ordinance says 8 to 10 why is these people always up way before 8 am keeping

My name is Jamelle Marion and i applied for an apartment there about a month and a half ago. When they called and told me the apartment was ready to move in, I went to view the apartment for the first time. The place was a mess. The upkeep of the outside and inside was horrible. I asked the manager why haven't they came and cleaned the apartment. She said the tenant who just moved cleaned it. The bathroom drawers was broken and the paint on the wall was horrible. **WARNING** I applied for an apartment almost 2yrs ago, never got keys, signed a lease or anything and here it is 2yrs later it shows up on my credit report . I would highly advise that individuals make sure to follow up on things with this apartment complex! Called the local office and the manager there stated to go online and make a complaint she doesn't deal with this type of thing however, there is no way to make a compliant. I'm now fighting to get this off my credit and also filing a complaint with the BBB.

The lady at the front I'm not sure how many there are but the one me and my boyfriend dealt with was black. She had a very nasty attitude so I asked to speak with a supervisor and she told me I can go online and get the f out of her office I then pulled out my cell phone to record and that's when she started to put her hands on me and hit me. I called the cops to show the video my boyfriend and I both made statements and he had me show the video to his body camera. I now I have to go down and sign a paper she now has a warrant and possible battery against me. I would not recommend this

I put in an application here and paid my $30 application fee. I was rushed out of the office while submitting my paperwork and told that someone would call me. That was in December and it’s now April. No phone calls or communication at all. I have called several times and no one will answer the phone. Never even got an inquiry on my credit. I guess someone pocketed my $30. I ended up going to another apartment complex and they made me feel welcome and that they actually wanted me to live there.
