Whether this CrossFit class is your main activity or you are looking to excel at sports outside the gym or wow college scouts and recruiters, CFYV Teens is the answer. As middle schoolers enter our program we will focus heavily on proper movement mechanics and build an appreciation for functional movement coupled with healthy eating.
An effective way to improve ones overall fitness and health. Focusing on "constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement". Anyone can do it. It is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout. Each workout will develop the 10 recognized general physical skills.
Send us a request to set up a free intro session by picking a day from the schedule below and filling out appropriate information. We'll make sure you get an appointment and all the information you need for that day. The 1 hour intro session consists of meeting your trainer, trying a Workout of the Day and discussing your fitness goals.

Crossfit Yucca Valley, anyone thinking about joining this gym, should. Coaches are super awesome, dedicated, and real nice. Workouts are great, the community is great, even the location. CFYV is hands down the best gym we have ever been a part of. The owners have done an outstanding job of creating a supportive community and fostering friendships unlike any other. The workouts are awesome - always unique, fun, and tough. My fiance and I have seen great results and have reached so many of our goals. CrossFit Yucca Valley is by far the greatest and most comfortable place to be! 5 years and counting and it is impossible to get tired of the high quality workouts, coaching, and atmosphere! CrossFit Yucca Valley has very knowledgeable coaches. They pay close attention to each athletes skill level and abilities, allowing for maximum improvement. CFYV offers various classes to fit your personal schedule. Very friendly atmosphere. I have used this gym for many years and highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve on exercise goals.
