I didn’t have a bad stay here, but trying to leave is why I don’t like this place because I showed them my orders to go to bootcamp and they claimed to be immune to me not being charged for terminating the lease and that I still had to pay fines, they are willing to try to break federal law just to squeeze more money out of you, I even asked to talk to corporate and the hung on up me when I was transferred to them, do not move here, I would recommend moving in somewhere else, it may be more expensive but trust me it’s worth it because these people pull shady and illegal business practices

I really enjoy living here! The office staff has been so kind and helpful. Maintenance is very responsive and truly cares about helping you get things fixed.
This apartment is older and more economically friendly than most. You are getting what you pay for at the end of the day. But if you are on a budget and don’t expect the Ritz then this is a great place. Most people stick to themselves and the loudest thing here is the trucks at night. I honestly really like it here.

Very upset about the management, you pay more then what you expect, I started having allergies and I decided to look at the filter and omg you can literally see though it! You can’t blame the maintenance guys who are always willing to help you, but management is the one that decides the quality of replacements and materials, Thank God my contract is ending!

Worst place ever to live In the manger and the girls who work in the front are rude and never fix anything they evicted me because I complaint about the rats and roaches I had no hot water for the past 8 month and also a broken stove they lost my money orders for rent and we’re trying to charge me more and the girl who works there nancy is very rude they charge everything but don’t fix any thing they evicted me for calling the Baytown CITY to file a complaint against them and they lied saying I was doing stuff I didn’t they don’t have any kind of respect for anyone they charge and don’t

DO NOT MOVE HERE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I PAID MY RENT NANCY CREDIT HALF OF THE RENT TO SOMEONE ELSE ACCOUNT. SHE BLAME IT ON THE SCANNER: DID NOT READ TO MONEY ORDER. SO, I GOT A EVICTION NOTION. PLUS MY CAR HAS BEEN STOLEN FROM THIS COMPLEX. FIND SOME WHERE BUT NOT HERE FOR YOUR FAMILY. OLD OUT DATED APARTMENTS. NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU ARE SPENDING. THE OFFICE STAFF IS IN NEED OF NEW MANAGEMENT. THE POTHOLE ARE DITCHES THAT ARE NOT FIXED. HALF WORKING AIR CONDITION. WHEN SOMEONE MOVES OUT THEIR ROACHES MOVE INTO YOUR UNIT. JUST DONT DO IT.

I lived there about a year the apartment i was in had structure issues the walls were cracked the front door frame was coming apart from the wall i told the front office i wanted another apartment and gave them about 4 months they said that was plenty of time well the office never did anything so i left 3 days before rent was do one of the maintanence guys saw my movers right after the first load left they changed the locks and i still had half of my belongings there i called the front office they said the lock would change back the next day but Never did, my car also got broken into. Only move

I’m ashamed i even have to give them 1 star because honestly this place should be rated 0 stars. Starting at the management level. I am very respectful and do not like confrontation at all, I communicated very politely to the manager Edna and she was very rude! At one point while i was talking went at sat at her desk and completely ignored that i was there. There are potholes everywhere in parking lot, apartments are cheaply made and highly overpriced, if anything goes wrong they will take care of it at their own convenience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! There is no way
