When I lived here at Six Trails, I had extremely loud and inconsiderate neighbors. I had a really bad spider infestation (I lived on the ground floor) that was a consistent issue and maintenance efforts were ineffective. My main complaint is with staff members at this apartment complex. Mainly one staff member consistently got all my paperwork wrong, informed me of balances due that were completely incorrect (I always ended up paying short because of her "calculations" - and ultimately always owed more money) and the information she always gave me was wrong. The biggest thing is when I moved out

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management changes several times and the ones they get are horrible. They add hidden fees at will without telling tenants. There are mice and black mold everywhere. They refuse to fix things that are clearly health hazards. You pay more but get nothing. The common areas never get cleaned. Do yourself a favor and steer far far away from this dump. Glad I got out.

Our air conditioner has been broken for months and they've refused to service it. At this time they are also charging us 100 dollars for towing our car without what we see as sufficient notice.
They claim to have sent us an email as of the 18th, but it never reached our mailbox. They noted that it was only sent to one of the two residents (Me not being one of them), and there was never a paper notice.
When attempting to work out this 100 dollar charge, they refused to be cordial and professional, and instead raised their voices and talked over me when I raised my concerns.

The management is extremely unprofessional and always talks down to you, if you have a problem you need fixed you'll get a million excuses as to why they can't and they'll tell you how hard their job is. i have been charged extra for things without notice or proper correspondence. the way this place is ran is manipulative and disgusting. do not rent an apartment at six trails.

I have been living at Six Trails apartments for 2 years now and must I say: For the price you pay in the city you reside in, Six Trails apartments beats everything around. Some of the amenities in Six trails are a little outdated and sometimes show ware and tear but the reaction time from the front office represents customer service at it's best. I personally had an issue with the garbage disposal and after notifying them of the problem, I came back from work 3 hours later and they had already went in and replaced the garbage disposal as well as the entire drainage system saying it was a little

This is my Home and I wouldn't live anywhere else! I have lived here for almost six years now and I absolutely love it. It's quiet and serene and my neighbors are all very friendly. The staff is great, especially Ginny, who really cares about the residents and the property. You can call her anytime and she is happy to assist with whatever the issue may be.

Lived at Six trails for 2 years and moved out on August 31, 2020. The neighbors were quiet. We did have a friends car broken in to but she did leave it unlocked overnight. The shared stairwell was not cleaned for at least the last 6 months that we lived there. During the winter months, do not be surprised if you hear a squirrel climbing inside your walls or ceiling. The paint in the apartment is done as quickly as possible prior to move in. We even had a large fly painted to our kitchen wall which we affectionately named Frank. We did have a dog and payed a non refundable $300 pet deposit, as well

Let me start by sharing that I have lived in many apartment complexes over the last 6 years, and have never left a bad review before this. I have enjoyed every living experience thus far... and then I moved into Six Trails. This apartment complex is the Spirit Airlines of Apartment Living. Have they ever cleaned the common areas (stairwells, laundry rooms, etc.) since I moved in 10 months ago? No. You will find the property managers chain smoking outside (breaking their own policy of smoking 25 feet away from the buildings) instead of actually managing their property. There is litter everywhere

Just moved out after living here for 3 years. As mentioned in another review, the complex is quiet. However, management has changed multiple times. It makes for very inconsistent help and hard to know how to best contact them, especially with maintenance emergencies. Multiple times I would go to the office to pay rent and no one would be there. The office was just randomly closed. Sometimes there was a sign on the door, other times noting. My biggest issue was with maintenance though. I feel like everything was repaired the quickest and cheapest way possible. I had a first floor apartment and multiple

If I could give a 0 star I would!!!! Worst place you could choose to live! If you want a place that is run down and ran by a bunch of people that don't know what they are doing then this is the place for you! Never expect a reply to maintiance requests or anyone to pick up the phone even during "business hours" whenever those even are I don't think anyone ever works there. I have called 7 times last week because the A/C has been out for 1.5 weeks so far and no call or email response after messages have been left.
