We have been living here since January, 2019 and have just signed 3ed lease. We love this place for floor plan, ample storage, high ceilings, precious rooms, fireplace, no 2 buildings are close, lots of open space for our kids to play and ride bikes, crosswalk, few small ponds on community makes walking around pleasant after a hectic day or any time of day. Office staff/ Property Managers Anne and James are knowledgeable and very helpful. Maintenance team is very prompt in addressing any issues...Car garage makes life easier during winter season, met few great neighbours here. Walmart, Target,

I lived at Legends Rosewood Village for over a year and I can say that it is a wonderful place to live. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending how you look at it, I retired from my job and moved to a warmer climate, so I had to leave, otherwise I would still be living there. The office staff (James and Anne) are easy to work with and very helpful, the maintenance team is friendly and prompt and the grounds are kept up nicely. I would highly recommend living there.

I lived here while I was doing some training at the University of Michigan, and at first I was a little nervous since it was quite far from the medical center. However, I loved my stay there and I wouldn’t think twice living there again if we were back in Ann Arbor. It is great for families and people with large dogs. There are tons of sidewalks for walking. The commute was about 15-25 minutes to the medical center depending on when you leave. The garages are awesome, especially during those Michigan winters. You are tucked away from the craziness of Ann Arbor but close enough to be near grocery

I absolutely LOVED living at Legends Rosewood Village and was very sad to leave.
This is such a wonderful complex! It felt like home from the beginning. All the floor plans were large with a lot of storage. The fireplaces, high ceilings, and attached garage were a huge bonus, and something you do not find often in this area. The grounds were beautiful and spacious. There is room to breathe and the buildings are nicely spaced. Having a dog, it was so nice to have plenty or places to walk throughout the grounds. I love living here and I truly appreciate the quiet. There are wonderful facilities for swimming, exercising, entertaining but alas I have not used any of them since I am too busy. I appreciate that I have great neighbors and responsible dog owners too! The manager of the complex is extremely competent and I am a very grateful resident. Having been a homeowner previously this was the perfect transition. I have an attached garage, a fireplace, modern kitchen and 2 full baths and lots of space. It is really hard to believe that this is an apartment. It is luxury and I love not worrying about packages

Moving from out of state, I was very worried. I was unable to see my home prior to moving in. Management and office staff made moving across the country seem like a cake walk. Everyone was helpful and super friendly. My home was beautiful and looked just like the photos. I love my huge windows that let in the light, cozy fireplace, and attached garage. The community is very safe and quiet and provides lots of nice walking paths for my dogs. The pool and grounds are kept very clean and gorgeous. The tree lined streets really add to the beauty of this neighborhood in the spring, summer, and fall
