I have lived here for several years and never had any major issues. The apartments are comfortable and clean. Maintenance is always quick. I don't love that rent increases every year but I know that's not unique to this complex. I'd recommend Arbor Knoll to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. The proximity to the highways is SO nice.

There have been a few things...
First year was peachy. Staff were nice. Going to throw out there- always loved the maintenance staff. Played with my dogs when they had a moment and were overall friendly.
Year 2. Issues. We decided to move to a bigger unit. First thing is, we have a dog. They told us the pet fees and the initial payment would cover damages. Come to find out they lied and we owed $500. I guess that isn’t common for apartments to cover that with the pet deposit, but why lie?
Another thing is, rates increased. While not a big deal, we were promised to be grandfathered into the

This apt complex must have had different management several years ago because the stories I am reading from a few years ago do not match the experience I have had here. I have lived in this apt complex for nearly two and a half years and have had no major issues.
Sarah and Katie were extremely professional when helping me identify my preferred unit to match my budget and I was able to view the apartment and sign my lease very quickly. Everything is standard like other apt complexes - security deposit (my choice, I think, either $500 or $800, which is extremely flexible), and the usual paperwork

Started out good. I lived here for 7 months. If you have tons of money to waste and enjoy living with bugs, this is your place. I was charged for a cleaning fee twice (once moving in then moving out), and they came to spray bugs 4 different times, and there were still centipedes coming from the heat register.
Also, only had two washers, and 2 driers. Yeah, that was convenient. I'm giving it 1 star because the maintenance guys helped me out once on a Sunday, and that I appreciated!

I had the worse experience living here! The office is a hot mess who has no clue how to operate a complex. They have one of the smallest properties I have lived at thus far, however, the are the laziest at doing anything. Their maintenance team is very unprofessional as well! They have walked into my apartment many times without knocking. One incident they came in and I shouted "who's there" and they left right away. My doors are always looked and they are the only ones with spare keys. If you decide to live here I would make sure you don't stay in one of their apartments where someone committed
