Not just the office
The hole company in general , they really don't have an idea of what are they doing ; Before going to Rent here. talk to any resident and you see why one start. I stay her for 2 years it was bad , horrible, frustrating
as hell . During THE SNOW ❄ STORM ,
my apartment got flooded , 2 weeks with no where stay , no watter . The communication between staff is horrible. I do understand the storm was something out of their hands , but they handel the situation with no empathy for any of the residents ; basically was

I have lived here for 3 years now and never have I had to deal with employees who don't listen to your complaints and dismisses them every time. Ever time you tell the front office something there is always new people working so nothing gets taken care of. Literally can't stand this place and would not recommend to anyone.

The foundation of these apartments is scary. My front door can’t even close properly because it’s so off leveled. I can see through the cracks of my door, (the light comes through it as well).They have us paying 2021 prices for a 1970s buildings. It’s very old looking inside and dark, which makes it a bit depressing. I have spoken to the office and they are truly disorganized and repeatedly tell us they can’t do this or that, and it’s out of their control. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone that wants to keep their sanity.

Horrible all across the board. If you want to lay down comfortable at night DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management does not care about you, they just slap on fees and leave notes on doors. If we knew the new staff would be this illiterate, inconsiderable, lazy, and incompetent we would’ve moved!!! The are practically killing their maintenance team bc there is only two men for over 200-300 apts. They definitely need to hire more maintenance men. Not to mention, Many people over here are late on rent and get treated better than me, which I take personal.

Worst apts ever very ratchet. The leasing office is no help they literally don’t do anything and don’t help. The office is barely open and when something happens they blame the resident. They up charge and leave random notices at apts. Please do not lease here, you won’t receive mail or packages because they will disappear.
