Lived here for 2 years and had many issues consistently over that time. Flooding, brown/smelly water, electrical drainage, bugs, break-ins, gunshots, kids throwing rocks at your front door/ messing with your vehicles/ringing the doorbell and running away, absolutely no peace and quiet ever, one maintenance problem after another, the list goes on and on... glad to be out of that place. Don't let the renovation fool you. If you do end up living here make sure to get an upstairs apartment.

They have the laziest and most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. One lady cursed me out because I called them unprofessional while she was sitting in the building eating lunch at 430 pm when they close at 5. My power bill went up an extra 100 because of the ac unit continuously ran and all I wanted to do was to get maintenance out here to check it out. Don't move here if you wanna lose money and be cursed at by unprofessional staff

Came here while working, my husband went into the office to get a door unlocked so we could do our job. It took quite a bit of time for him to return & as he walked out of the door I asked him what took so long. He responded that it took forever to get someone to come out with a key (mind you he was talking to ME… NOT the blonde lady coming out of the office with a key) She snapped at him “sorry but I’m busy” to which we were both taken aback & told that nobody was speaking to her so her response was uncalled for. She went on to say that my husband had an attitude with her & that’s why

I would give this place zero stars if possible. Currently am a Tenant and is trying to get out of my lease asap. The leasing office management is terrible and will not answer their phone for days. If you call regarding a work-request, you will not hear back nor get assistance for a week. If you have any complaints, they will not take it seriously and will leave you outside waiting. The apartments are all in poor conditions and the levels are uneven (oddly, this affects the furniture). We originally signed our lease due to the affordability; however, that was the biggest mistake, it isn't even worth

Would’ve love to tell you about the actual property since I was highly interested but after making a 12:30pm appointment to view a unit, Amanda was late arriving to said appointment.
She stared at me blankly and said she had no units for me to view. When I told her I had an appointment she said she knew. I asked her why didn’t she call and tell me this before I wasted my time during the workday to drive out there. She just kept staring blankly and said there was nothing to show.

I have lived here at the Veritas for one month and so far it's been great. The neighborhood is quiet as well as dog and family friendly. I see the staff working hard every day to keep the neighborhood nice. The leasing agent Carmen has been especially helpful in getting me settled and answering any questions I have.

I decided to move here to be close to my office (about 1/4 of a mile away) and really like my apartment, especially the fact that it had all new appliances, including a washer and dryer. I was a little concerned when new owners purchased the complex, but am happy to report that the new owners have spent a great deal of money improving the complex (repairing the streets, remodeling the buildings, updating air conditioning units, even installing a soccer court and outside recreation area with exercise equipment), without increasing my rent.
