The Assistant manager is always super nice and the maintenance crew is always quick to respond. That’s all the good about this complex tho. The parking is awful. They stopped power washing the breezeways so it’s super dirty and smelly from garbage juice. Someone got shot and killed while being robbed between buildings 4 and 5. People leave cars that don’t work in the parking lot. People use grills on their balconies and patios. People always piggy back through the gate. People play music loud and late at night. Upstairs neighbors always stomp around with no consideration. My car has been

If you’re looking at the reviews because you are thinking about moving here, just don’t. We pay 1450$ a month for a two bedroom two bath which for that price you would think you’d be getting your moneys worth, but no. The walls are paper thin, seriously, here the neighbors ALLL the time can even hear there television through the wall. Gets annoying whenever they drink every weekend and have a lot of people over they get pretty loud. Pretty sure this place accepts housing too, which is cool and everything but there’s a lot of trash here considering the price of the apartments. One of our

I lived in these apartments for 3yrs now they used to be really nice but after they went under new management about a year ago it has gotten VERY GHETTO!. It’s always noisy especially during the summer near the pool all day and night even after it’s closed. The parking is ridiculous there is never anywhere to park. I’m not sure if they have started offering section 8 here now but they quality of people here have definitely gone down and I can’t see any of them paying the same $1500 a month that I do cause most of them don’t work. I will most definitely be moving when my lease is up in

9/9/2015: Over priced, dirty, poor repairs, and rude office staff: Upon handing my 60 notice to Sarah (60 days prior to 8/29/2015). I receive a nasty comment saying something along the lines that we can not accept this. we will not accept this and you have to fill out our form. Sarah goes on to say, I am glad you guy's and leaving. "I am so done with you".We get a bill in the mail later on stating we owe for cleaning,"repairs"and one day of rent. totaling $160.81. We did paya $130 bond when we initial signed the lease (so we are told by percilla) . come to find out after a goose chase. that bond
