Toilet is not working, isn’t sealed and is wobbling, leaking on floor.
My request was put in two months ago and has not been attended, yet they marked it as completed without ever doing anything about it.
EDIT; It has now been several months and the toilet has not been fixed. This is far from the first time they took many months to make repairs to very necessary appliances!
Also the management people don’t keep accurate records, if any, at all.
This is a horrible place to be!

Aisha was incredibly helpful to me. I had a Fedex delivery and after being turned away by Carlos, she agreed to meet me at the Hub (mailboxes) and helped me get my package which was urgently needed. Turns out it was available yesterday, but since I trusted Carlos I believed him when he said that even though I'd received confirmation that the package had arrived it wasn't available. Thank you Aisha for going a step beyond and helping me to get ahold of my package. Aisha is an exemplary employee. Thank you 3-106

BEWARE: WORST PLACE TO LIVE. LIVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. They are only nice until you sign your lease. I emailed the management about a maintenance issue to get our kitchen sink and bathrooms fixed and up until now two months later no one came to fix it I have constantly made calls everyday and talked to different people begging them to send someone to help us but they say the maintenance guys are busy. We have now been forced to shower at our neighbours. I have asked them to atleast fix one bathroom but they are apparently too busy.we cannot even wash dishes or shower in a house we pay rent for

Everything was 'good to go' when we arrived to move in. The paperwork was quick and easy. Carlos had done an outstanding job of identifying things that needed to be repaired or replaced prior to our move-in and these items were already installed or are on the way! The initial tour, the application process and the move-in were coordinated by Carlos so that it was seamless and painless.

I have lived at Atrium for about 2.5 years now and I really enjoy it. The office staff are all very friendly and great to talk to. Atrium cares about community and has great resident events for people to get to know their neighbors. I can honestly say I know more neighbors here at Atrium than I have at any other apartment I have lived in.

We've been living here 5 years and so far everything has been pretty great. :) Management is super friendly and attentive. I live in one of the older buildings so every once in a while I've had to call in for maintenance, and they've always taken care of things promptly.
Even though Covid has shut down amenities, they have an excellent community activity team who has put together things for us to do and ways to keep the kiddos busy.
Overall it's a nice place to live and I'm going to renew my lease again at the end of the year. :)
