Absolutely the worst living experience. They market these as luxury apartments but they just made slight upgrades. Marissa was very much in our business in ways a leasing consultant should not be while also barley getting our stuff done in time for our move-in. They moved me and my family into a home that has had issues with flooding for the last three years(TT104). When my family and I experienced the flood we figured all accommodations out on our own. The only reason they let us out of our lease was because the flood was actually caused by them. Since Angela has been there things feel better

Just moved in back in September, the place is very nice and quiet compared to our last apartment. The only problem we've had so far is the residents of Chandler's Bay parking in our parking lot, it's becomes a real problem on the weekends when there is no parking for the central flats residents. My girlfriend sat in the car for almost 2 hours this past Saturday to wait for a parking spot when several people came out of Chandler's Bay(presumably after a party one of their residents was having) and 4 parking spaces at central flats immediately opened up. I don't know if management can do anything

Great place to live for the most part. The office employees all unprofessional except for 2 of them. CharLisa is amazing always going above and beyond with a beautiful smile. Marissa is also amazing . As for everyone else .. No comment. The trash company is a major issue. But overall I am grateful to have a place to call home.

This complex is the most under world environment violence and fight for parking areas every day , trash all over the place and the apartments are on pretty bad shape full of roaches and mold al over ,and their ask over 2000 dollars for deposit and other 2000 in front for the month , ridiculous . Please people don rent here is no safe no security and no clean enough.! Last night people open fire and ho knows how many people get affected .
