Staff is professional and practices great communication. Work orders are followed through and if there is any doubt, they will call to clarify.
The parking is a huge issue. I wish they would assign spots and have areas designated for guests. Property on 47 acres should have a better parking protocol than what they have. Aside from the parking, Signature Pointe is a great community to live at. I resided here from 1995 - 1997 and returned in 2019 until present. With Covid making it difficult; the staff made sure we were thought about and helped us through it. Food banks coming to our property

Lived here for 3+ years and only issue is communicating changes with office hours and access to our package lockers we PAY FOR. Multiple times hours have changed and access to them. Emails have not been sent out communicating these changes. Which is a huge inconvenience for us who pay to use the service. Especially when most packages aren’t delivered till late in the day so we have only a couple hours to retrieve them. Plus get charged fees for them sitting more then 48hrs after delivery.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with our move in and out and with anything we needed while we lived there. Apartment are beautiful and spacious and great parking spaces. If we move back to Kent we will definitely move back to Signature Pointe. There is also a walking trail and security that rides by at night and you can call.

Was a little nervous looking for an apartment after 20 years of living in a house. Desiree (amazing lady) showed me the model apartment and I fell in love with it. Love the vaulted ceiling, the huge washer and dryer and the double sink in the bathroom. Lots of parking, very quiet atmosphere, well kept landscaping, very clean environment and the residents are friendly. There is a nice walking/biking trail in the back of my unit. Close to the freeway (I-5 and 167) and shopping. The staff are awesome, the services has been great. Due to COVID, I have not had the opportunity to enjoy the many amenities

Our stay at the Signature Pointe Apartments has been a five-star experience. The office and maintenance staff have been responsive, to all our questions and concerns. They quickly address repair issues and make every effort to accommodate. Daniella, is always professional and follows up to make sure the work has been completed promptly and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely unreasonable! I don't write reviews often, especially negative reviews, but this has been my exception. I have never lived in an apartment complex this bad. The apartments are around $1000 dollars more than their competitors. It may seem like they have nice amenities, but those "perks" are nowhere near worth the hassle of dealing with the drawbacks. Moving out was basically the price of a full months rent. They charged over $60 for dust on blinds, for each room, and then charged an additional $25 to clean that dust... They charged us over $1,100 for stains on the underside of our carpet

I've been to 3 different apartments here in Washington and so far this is the best place I ever rented. The last one was a so-called luxury apartment but I could only rate them 1 star. Signature point is a luxury apartment for me instead. David Tolentino was very helpful all the way through. He is very accommodating and will give you or do his best to make your living here a place you can call your own. My unit is very quite, peaceful and just the way I was looking for. I will not trade any apartment anymore here in Kent as this is the best one for me. Serenity is the best.

I've lived here very happily and peacefully for 12 years. The property is exceptionally well maintained. The management staff is very accommodating and responsive to my needs. They treat me more like family than just an occupant. I've enjoyed many upgrades to my unit since living here. The best recreational facilities I've ever seen in an apartment complex. Full gym with all the machines, free and cable weights, a yoga studio, half court indoor basketball court, tennis court, and a beautiful trail along the Green River for walking, jogging or bicycling, and indoor and outdoor pools

The complex is right off the 167 and Kent/Des Moines Road has a flyover in the middle of the very expansive property which has well over 600 units. This results in a very active environment. Additionally, the buildings are older, so they tend to be a little creaky and sometimes you can hear the goings-on of your neighbors, but I have found neither the road traffic or the noises that go with living in an older complex generally to be bothersome. However if you're looking for an environment with no noise at all, you might be disappointed.
