I just moved in last week and felt so welcomed by the staff - Jason was incredibly kind and patient through all my questions! The landscaping and the property itself is gorgeous and park-like with tons of trees, and I’m excited to be so close to miles of running/biking trails. There are always people out and active, walking their dogs etc, so as a young woman I feel safe going for solo runs in the area, and love that they have a night patrol.
The dog park is AWESOME and probably the tipping factor that made me choose Water’s Edge. I just wish other owners would treat it with respect and do

Today I had the opportunity to read reviews about the "Waters Edge",so I decided to write my impression. We have lived here for several months and fell in love with this place from day one. Wonderful landscape, friendly neighbors, enough parking spaces. After reading the negative reviews I got the impression that people who are dissatisfied always attract similar situations, if you are positive accordingly and everything around will be the best. In one review wrote that 2 times the police did not come on call ... it is very strange how this could have happened, since we are next to the police station

Very rude supervisor and manager. They don't treat their tenants with respect. They don't consider solving issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Close-minded thinking and response to their units' problems and defects. ALL THE 300 PLUS APARTMENT UNITS DO NOT HAVE PROPER VENTILATION as they reason out BECAUSE THEY WERE BUILT 30 PLUS YEARS AGO. They only put kitchen hood/ exhaust for aesthetic reasons but WITHOUT FUNCTIONALITY. Too much use and WASTE OF ELECTRICITY because of the ABSENCE OF VENTILATION or air circulation, especially when cooking, requiring you to open

Bad reviews are true. Management is horrible. What they lack in poor management they do NOT make up for in a good apartment/lease/experience. Colleen is extremely unprofessional and rude. Most people who have lived here have the same complaints about her.. not accountable for her actions or making sure our units are taken care of. Get better management and maybe more people would be willing to stay. Do NOT recommend.

We just moved in couple of days ago. And, I'm so happy we made this places as our new home. Reading all the reviews from other websites, we were having a hard time making a decision. But, when we came to check out the apartment, everything was perfect. Everybody was so nice and so willing to help us everything we need it. Most of them were very nice, but, especially Jason(assistant manager) were so kind and helpful, we cannot thank him enough. I guess, you cannot always count on the reviews. We want to thank everyone in waters edge for doing there professional job and make us feel like this

We were in the position where we needed to move in from out of state, signing a lease before getting a chance to visit the neighborhood. Out of all the apartment complex managers in the area, Jason was hands down the most responsive and accommodating when it came to helping us make an informed decision without physically being present.
We've been here for 3 weeks, and so far we love the neighborhood. It's quiet, and there is a nice walking trail just outside the entrance.

Water's Edge is a truly marvelous place. The location is splendid as it is just a block or so away from the Green River Trail. Geese fly overhead regularly and there is an abundance of natural wildlife.
The staff is second to none. Colleen the Manager has a tremendous gift of hospitality and also gets things done. The grounds are clean and well kept and the residents are quiet and friendly. Way to go Water's Edge!

The women who works at the leasing office, Maddie is probably one of the most disrespectful, stuck up, unprofessional people I've ever worked with. She made my living experience at waters edge very complicated and a hassle. I would recommend you live here if you are into screaming matches with your landlord because she has no respect and will walk off while your in mid sentence. Terrible customer service. The other two ladies were always pleasant and resolved any issues quickly and with a PLEASANT attitude.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The women who work here are extremely stuck up & rude, they even forged my signature on a document and I had to file a police report. What they are lacking for in customer service, they will NOT make up for in housing. Way overpriced for what you get. Your maintenance request will either be ignored or they won't fix issues until months later. Overall there are no redeeming qualities about this complex or management.
I wish I had listened to the reviews I read before signing my lease but I was in a bind. I needed a place quickly and did everything online

I worked with Tiana at the leasing office and she was very helpful. It was a nice change to work with a leasing professional who isn't pushy or rushing threw everything. The other great thing about this property/management is when you apply online it only requires the app fee to submit your rental application. That way if for any reason one would be denied you don't have to wait 30days to get back your refundable holding deposit. I have lived here for numerous years. I have LOVED living here until now... Unfortunately I will be moving when my lease expires. This complex is no longer safe. The environment has done a 180 and not for the better... I've contacted the office several times with concerns and I get told I can move if I'm unhappy or I'm ignored all together. Local foot traffic has made paths through bushes and will walk right up to your patio and look in at you. Things have been stolen off my patio in a number of minutes. Police show up at all hours of the night and day for people are screaming and

My boyfriend stopped in to get a quote price for a 3 bedroom and he was told 1680. When he attempted to put in a application,he was told not until I came in with housing assistance paperwork.I came in the next day not only to be greeted but was given attitude immediately.When I arrived and let the ladies know my bf came in yesterday and I'm here to put in a application. I was told it was no problem but the price went up to 1780..When I asked why are you charging me more after you told my bf something completely differently,I even had it written on paper from when he came in the other day.
