Lived here for 2 years. They charged me $1,900 in all new carpet because two small spots were dirty. They told me they could patch them and I wouldn’t be charged full price for all new carpet in the apartment which it shouldn’t need if it was only two spots. Also didn’t show me pictures of the spots and didn’t give me a walk through with the manger when I moved out. I tell everyone to stay away from this place.

One of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. Upon moving in they had gave us three different addresses so we had to change the rental insurance address 2 times. When we got the the apartment unit it smelled like a cat had been living there. They told us the carpet had been cleaned, it looked horrible and there was sticky substance on it. When we asked if the carpet could be changed the property manager told us the floor was fine. Her own assistant said the carpet was bad and it smelled bad. Property manager told us if we didn't want the place as is to leave the keys. So that's what we did

Well I was not at home when the service was done but I was able to see what was going on that's said he didn't took long to fix the issue but it would've been nice to clean up after himself, other the less I'm happy that he was able to fix the issue I didn't want the place to burn down in and it would of been nice to know what was the cause of the problem a little side note would be nice

I have lived at Berkeley Height over 7 years. The managers have been caring and always willing to listen. Recently I had to make some adjustments which lead to me having to move to a different unit. I explained my situation to the manager and right away she start working to help accommodate a smooth transition for me. I feel blessed to have such a respectful landlord. But the whole team is awesome!

My roommates and I toured Berkeley Heights and saw two 2br 2ba apartments, one with a den (H303) and one without (C303). I asked after the walkthrough whether the apartments were tennant ready, and the manager affirmed that both were ready for tennats. Both apartments had very little upkeep done. Drawers did not close and open in the kitchen, cupboard veneer was peeling, doors to hall closet and in bedroom were hanging off the rail, the countertops in both kitchens had paint and huge scrapes in the surface. The fans in both bathrooms are very obviously 20+ years old and extremely noisy. Compared

I have lived at Berkley Heights for 12 years, along with my handicap, elderly sister. I liked my residency at Berkley Heights. However, due to covid19 I did notice a large lapse in communication. This concerned me to the point of seeking a newer complex. Here is what changed my opinion. I had a service order issue in my unit, that caused me uncomfortable distress. I was very pleased with the outcome of that sage. The management team handled the situation, and by doing so, my trust and faith of this community has been fully restored. All I ask is, fairness and open communication! I am happy to know

At Berkeley Heights you can feel safe, but the problem we are not seeing any improvement is the customer service of the management. Tenants are not treated very well, and with respect. The buildings are getting old and all the equipments and appliances need to be upgraded and changed. This is something they need to work on in order to make the tenants happy and satisfied.

This is my first ever apartment on my own, and I can say compared to a lot of other complexes I’ve seen this one is very nice.
I do wish that the maintenance was a bit better and more on top of the issues when the arise.
Parking still needs to be improved but it is fine if you have the means to purchase covered or additional parking.
The complex is quiet and the neighbors are respectful.
The management staff has always been kind to me.
