Rent here is ridiculously expensive for what you get: when I moved in they installed a "whisper fan" in my bathroom that drones on loudly. In the winter or during any period of sustained rain the court yards and parking lots flood. During heavy rain the gutters overflow, and stand pipe seems turn into fountains spraying water every which way. During the June heatwave much of the cheap vinyl siding on the buildings melted and has yet to be repaired about a month later now. I'm not sure if maintenance is incompetent, understaffed, or just doesn't care.
Every month without fail there are extra charges

I have been disappointed over and over again by the management and continous changes to the lease. I know it looks amazing in the photos, and it is a pretty place, but do not be fooled as I was, you don't want to live here. You are not allowed to have anything outside, not even a grill anymore. I know they show that they have grills in common areas, but all of the ones we have tried are broken. We had a beautiful white lattice fence up in our outdoor space and we were forced to take it down after it had it up for several months. We also had a broken dishwasher for 5 months before it was fixed.

I'm warning you. STAY AWAY! Yes, cost is really attractive. I paid 1, 085 for two people 700 square feet one bedroom. Water, sewer, washer&dryer and trash. Each unit get two parking spots, extra $35 for covered parking. The previous owner didn't do any kind of preventive maintenance or upkeep. As of now, there's still way too many issues even though the new management as of September 2017 ( Pinnacle Group) is trying very hard to turn things around. However, they are playing whack-a-mole with everything. Just STAY AWAY for at least a year, or two until they get things fixed

I toured this community and met with manager Stephanie and she was fantastic. She was able to show me everything I wanted to see, as well as help refer me to local attractions that I may be interested in. Her attentiveness and helpfulness was a 5 star all the way! Highly recommend you tour this community if you are in the area, you wont be dissapointed.

This was my 2nd ever apartment, and for the price of everything its way to expensive, especially when there's drug addicts and homeless sleeping outside your apartment every night. If that wasn't bad enough how do you open a oven and it falls apart? My oven fell apart on thanksgiving day. Before that my washer and dryer took 3 weeks to fix .. and it still wasn't fixed so they had to get new one. As this was all going on our hot water didn't work. Honestly Pinnicle Living is not the place to live at. I also lived at the Atrium on James and don't even get me started on that

The old reviews are just that. Since this place has come under new management and had reconstruction done it's great. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly, they have great incentives, and the dog park is awesome!

This place had an amazing facelift/renovation and their amenities are really something else. Super close to the sounder train station which works for me to get to work in Seattle. Centrally located in Kent, close to everything! I am happy with my decision about moving here... best part... everything in my apartment is brand new!

We have been living here for a little under a year, our lease is up end of March 2018. At first when we moved in it was not a bad apartment, newly remodeled they assured us. As time went on we started to notice little things, sugar ants, roaches, gnats, and fruit flies. Not too big a deal given the price and overall look of the complex was expected. What I couldn’t handle was the rats, the mold, the patios, the water flooding. Most of all the broken car windows. Mine got broken in October and since then I’ve seen multiple cars with smashed windows, I’ve called the police and they never do
