Great place to get your yoga on! Everyone is very friendly. They provide live-online, recorded online and live sessions to meet you at your mat. I love the fact that my sisters and mom can continue our practices together using their live-online option. They adjust to each of our yoga levels, so everyone is comfortable - Just love this place!

I Love the Yoga Harbor! From day 1 i felt welcome. I like that you can have a conversation with the front and the Teacher or not if you dont feel like talking.
Everyone is really friendly and open and i like that its not a huge space. Perfect for me 🙌

I'm so happy to found this small cozy secret place. All instructors are very experienced and they have different types of yoga like Vinyasa, Yin etc. Unlimited $99/Mo is so sweet! Each time after the class I feel so calm and even smiling. Their selection of music is unbelievable. I almost cry with the music they use each time. Sooo beautiful!! I go more and more!

Even in a group class, the teachers provide personalized instruction to ensure each yogi is challenged while not injuring themselves. Group classes are relatively small (6 to 10 students) I've been to other studios and never had a teacher say a word to me - or they just call out the poses and expect you to get in to and out of them. Finally, the thing I like most about Zen is the atmosphere. Zen is very

Was visiting my daughter in Torrance for the Christmas and New Year's holiday and asked her if there was a yoga place in her area. She found Yoga Harbor and I must say that it lives up to its name: it feels like a safe harbor to shelter in.
The studio is small, intimate and relaxing. The teachers lead practice thoughtfully, always seeking their students' well-being first. Since at the time I was recovering from the Flu, I was thankful for this gentle approach.
Since Yoga Harbor is just a year old and growing, here are some of the things I hope to see when I return for my next visit: a bigger
