We moved in 3 weeks ago but I couldn't wait to brag on the management and maintenance here. From my first inquiry, the office staff has responded immediately; they are always one text or call away. They are very friendly and helpful. They were willing to work with my credit problems, with the condition of a $4000 deposit requirement. They were willing to set up a payment arrangement in order for us to jump that hurdle. Every day that we are here, we find ourselves saying "It was worth the money!" Living in these apartments doesn't feel like apt. living at all. The residents are quiet, the grounds

I wouldn’t management has no understanding what so ever. So prepare for multiple screw ups and oh let’s not forget ROACHES!! Also my car was hit under my PAID parking spot right in front of the office where the cameras actually caught who hit my car! I called police file report everything all to be told that months later she finally found the evidence but the police station said there was no case which was false I had case # me and the property manager spoke to the police she told him to allow 72 hour to view footage! Basically refused to help me or the police figure who hit my car to file

I only have one question. What are you doing to reduced you loyal Resident rent knowing that most of them are out of work. I know so may people that live in this complex. I have spoken with them and all of them are wondering what the company will be doing about this. It has not been one mention of it in any emails sent out. I think it should be addressed so that it could help ease the minds of the people that live in all of your complexes You have sent out emails about not making repairs unless it’s an emergency or noise And the remodeling but nothing about how to help in this time of crisis

It's a great place to live. The ladies in the office is very sweet and nice. If you have a problem they work with you. The maintenance guys get things done and fixed quickly. They keep the grounds looking nice. This is my second year to live here and I love it. I feel safe here and I like the fact there's a fire station very near by. There's a playground for the kids and two swimming pools. It's a family place with lots of kids. The office has activities for the residents here like pancakes once in a while in the morning and other activities. There's restaurants nearby and a Walmart. It's a great

I wouldn't even give these apartments 1 star but I had to in order to post a review for that slump if a property. They are The worst apartments I have ever lived in which explains why they were so easy to get in to. The day I moved in roaches were everywhere and I literally had them come spray Every week and they still didn't go away but they kept telling me not to go uses store bought sprays and they would not allow me to call an exterminator of my choice because they didn't want to pay for it. The manager Aleanna kept telling me to keep putting in work orders for them to come spray every week

My family and I stayed here in 2018 During our stay the office staff was extremely friendly and always eager to help. All work orders put in we're typically completed within 48 hours. I saw grounds picked up everyday. The updates to this older apartment community were done very tastefully and I absolutely loved my apartment home. You could tell the manager took pride in her property and worked on doing alot of exterior updates. They were also great at communicating if any community upgrades were going to be done or water was going to be off for repairs. The ONLY reason I'm not giving 5 stars is

The worst place too live. The stairways too my apartment were always dirty. There was a homeless guy leaving his clothes in the staircase FOR DAYS. It was never cleaned. My home window was broken when I got home, they fixed it but charged me $80.00 too my rent. I thought my deposit was suppose to cover anything that ends up broken? I had my electricity changed over into my name. They never cut off their eclectic and left a note on my door saying I owe them money. After just paying my Reliant bill. I will never live in these apartments again. They are all about their money. I will never recommend

We signed a lease for an apartment and when we went to move in there was a washer and dryer left by the previous renter. My husband moved the old washer and dryer, and when he pulled out the washer the wall was covered in mold. We told the office, and they said all they would do was paint over it!! I have an 8 month old daughter and they couldn't care less what the mold would do to our health. I am absolutely livid that they would put my family's health in danger. We moved our stuff out immediately, and in the middle of us packing everything back up the maintenance manager came in and

This apartment complex is so poorly run. You have to put in constant requests for the same issue and you have to follow up every day to get it done. I had mold in my apartment that I complained about originally over a year ago and I was told it was fixed. IT WASN'T. It was just painted over. So when they mold got really bad I was sick and under constant Dr's care. Even after my Dr providing letter of medical necessity to have the apartment repaired still nothing. I had to contact the city and get the fire marshal actually to come out before anything got done. Now everything is falling

This place is not new. AMOF, it's pretty old. HOWEVER! It's well maintained and the staff is very nice. I only ever had 1 maintanance issue the whole 3 years I was there and they took care of it immediately. I never had bugs or energy issues. My apartments was a quaint 1-bedroom for a very good price. Even being right off of 121, the community was relatively quiet.
there are other complexes in the area that are new, and look better. But if you want a place that is stable with no fuss, look to Park Timbers. it's a really good place to live.
