My sister and I lived here for 2 years. At the one year mark - things started breaking in the apartment. Had to get the washer / dryer replaced, kitchen sink kept breaking, lighting circuits got all messed up and the lights would shut out randomly. Cheap and definitely over priced.
The maintenance team is good, but the management is actually awful and some of them are rude. The property manager is entirely unresponsive. They don't respond to emails OR even call you back. I've been waiting for over a month now for the manager to call me since moving out about getting our security

Do not move here unless you like being Harassed also There is no good parking at all I’m a single mother and I have to walk long way to my apartment also I was given a complaint for my tv on the wall it’s was 1 pm during the day the walls are very thin tv was olaon volume 30 they do not investigate complaints I was also falsely accused of other things they did not investigate management is rude if you have kiids don’t move here.

The Mills staff has been absolutely incredible and I couldn’t thank them enough!!! We did go through some unlucky move-in issues that were addressed right away. They were also really helpful when addressing issues with a unwelcoming neighbor who constantly harassed and discriminated my partner. (Bad luck I guess) Location is amazing! Very quiet and friendly neighbors except for ours haha.Hopefully no one has to deal with people like that ever. Traffic can get a little bad, but overall our stay was great!! Highly recommend. Very nice and spacious.

Management did reach out immediately in an attempt to address my issue with front desk staff. They were eager to remedy the situation as well as offer an apology on behalf of employee and his/her unprofessional behavior. Hopefully as promised further intervention directly with employee was initiated as well as appropriate action taken in order to deter future instances.

I recently relocated to Greenville. Prior to moving, all I had was the internet to research living options. The Mills was one location that seemed to fit my needs. Living here for the past several months has been nothing short of a great experience. The manager and management company certainly take pride in the facility. The maintenance staff is top flight and the grounds are kept very clean. The overall living environment can be summed up in peaceful tranquility. While this is an avid dog lovers community, hardly ever does one hear a bark or see an undesired mess. All owners keep their pet leashed

Great community. Jackie and the staff are always on point ready to accommodate any of your needs. Not only do they create a friendly atmosphere and make it easy to enjoy living in the community, but they go out of their way to help you when you need it. The communication and the people are top notch from the front office, making this a great place to live!

These apartments are CHEAP. The only reason why my ac works is because there is duck tape sealing the whole thing together. It also almost caught on fire one night and started smoking and now there is a burn spot on it. Other than the the walls are THIN. you can hear just about anything the neighbors do. This place also isnt sealed very well as my ac cuts on and off CONSTANTLY. and my bill on average for a 1 bedroom apartment is around 130$ a month. The grounds are always kept clean though and the views from my balcony are very nice. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place really, there are

Hands down, blown away by the excellence shown by Jackie! She was so helpful and attentive from the start of the tour to when I signed my lease. She went above and beyond to help my experience be as stress free as possible. Moving is always a lot to deal with and Jackie was so caring and understanding. I am completely in love with my new studio unit. I have nothing but confidence moving here and look forward to being apart of this community. Would definitely recommend looking here.
