The worst place I’ve ever lived in, the apartments may look good at first but inside everything is breaking. Try to call maintenance and wait for weeks, last winter the heat didn’t work, I was in a freezing apartment for more than a week shame on you!

We lived here for 3 years. I would say first 1 year was good when manager was Timothy. After 1 year in 2019 another company bought this place they fired Tim. Since then it got worst. I see new people every week in the office. They hire and fire people. Terrible new management new people in office. The gym restrooms all dirty, trash everywhere outside trash can. This is against the law. I talked to a lady in office a new manager seems she doesn’t care at all. Never rent an apartment in this place. You regret I can guarantee that

If I could give zero stars I would, this place is absolute nightmare!!! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM!!! I lived here for 2 years. The apartment above us busted the water line putting in a new washer which came through our ceiling and walls into our apartment. They never came to fix the damage or the hole in the ceiling until we started seeing mold to which they simply sprayed Kilz on and never investigated further. The apartments are very cute and spacious. However, every year I lived there my rent increased significantly from year to year, but there were not any upgrades to the apartment. I lived there for three years and in that time my base rent increased approximately $250 (which is why I moved out). There was high turnover in the office and each new person I dealt with there was increasingly rude. I’m very particular about the place I called HOME so when I went apartment searching, I had to find the perfect peaceful place. I did that here. The management has done nothing but make me feel at home with every question and worry I had. Jessica has been the biggest help! She was friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn’t thank her enough!

So I'm new to apartment living and not sure what amenities, maintenance and staff are like in other places but I am very impressed with all 3 here. My place has fresh paint and carpet, updated light fixtures, ac outlets with usb ports and an updated kitchen. I am very happy with it! The pool area, fitness center and the grounds in general are all very well maintained. Speaking of maintenance, they have impressed me as well. Absolutely horrible. My closet was broke for 2 years and I put a work order request in once a week… no one ever fixed it. No one was ever available to help with anything. Once we moved out we got charged an absurd amount of money for no reason. The place was disgusting when we moved in as well. Customer service is a joke. Place is way too expensive for what you get. Do not recommend whatsoever.

I have been apartment shopping for my Aunt who is relocating from out of state. I have been to several communities and received very poor service. I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 6 months now and I Have nothing but great stuff to say about this place. I moved up here from Louisiana after My job had transferred me and felt so at home here. The office staff are so friendly especially the nice lady Jessica in the office. She has made my stay here so wonderful and I would definitely rent here for the rest of my life. If you’re looking for a property to move to here in Lexington, this is the place to go!!!

I can't say much for the actual apartment as we never moved in but management/office staff is terrible and unresponsive. They told us they had a unit available and to apply. I've gotten messages saying I'm "approved" but when I email, text, call no one ever answers or gets back to me. I paid over $200 for an application fee and administrative fee and then they've practically ghosted us. I've been chasing them for the lease for about 10 days now. I moved in August of 2020, we were moving from out of town and toured a unit that we loved. Big windows, nice fire place, and an ok layout. However, we have had issue upon issue with this property.
One, the management has failed to find proper methods of picking up trash in a scheduled fashion. This leads to not only a giant dumpster being in the front of the property but also piles and piles of trash accumulating in the parking lot. This has not been a one time occurrence but a on going problem. We pay way to much in trash fees for this to be an issue with any other explanation but greed. (health
