I have gone to this place for over a year, and they’re inconsistent. this SNS dip set is less than 2 weeks old, and has literally crumbled away. each nail on my non dominant hand has broken 2-3 separate times, every nail on both hands has discoloration snd cracks all the way throughout. I don’t recommend their dip because it doesn’t last and now i’ve broken my real nails.

When I was met with the lady doing my hands after getting a pedicure she told me the color I chose was out. So she handed me new colors to look through (not a problem I understand) not even 10 seconds into me browsing she says to me. " Let's move we're wasting too much time." and storms off halfway across the room leaving me barefoot and confused. When asked what nail shape I wanted she laughed and said "that's not cute" when I asked her what she said (because I was so shocked) she repeated it and laughed again to her co worker. The awkwardness I felt as she basically said no to the shape I wanted

My mom and I have gone here after a friend said we should. We've had wonderful service until the moment I raised a valid complaint. I was getting the dip powder removed from my nails and my nail tech was away to grab the colors my mom requested.
Another nail tech came over with a stool and signaled me to move, so I voiced my complaint to the manager/business owner. Per the owner/manager, I was told that the chairs with the backs are for paying customers. He said this loud enough that another lady turned her head and we made eye contact to confirm what the manager just said.

I do not recommend this place at all. I went twice. Pedicures were very lame - I paid extra to have callus removal and it was still a poor result - my regular place does much better with their regular pedi. Snarky, bad attitudes from the technicians. I wish I would have walked out the second time I tried this place. I noticed the bigger nail places with high traffic seem to have the techs with the worst attitudes.

This is my favorite nail salon in Austin by far! I drive all the way from South Austin just for the excellent service. They have so many talented artists, you just simply show them a photo and they can recreate any design with ease! I came in today for a color correction from a recent mani and they gave me a complimentary polish change! A+++ service

Worst nail service ever. I paid 185 for acrylic ombré nails and pedi... was charged to trim cuticles (which is insane-it should be included with ANY nail service) my pinky was bleeding & stayed scabbed 5 days after. Tech was on the phone half thru service except when she scolded me for trying to get the massage chair to turn on. She should have made sure it was on at beginning of service. I work in a medical
spa and am very familiar with how to provide customer service and this place is terrible. I have had a good experience here, but I will not return after this. I feel totally ripped off

Updating my review to be 3 star since since coming here sometimes the experience is a hit or miss. I was very clear with my mail tech that I thought my nails looks crooked when he added tips and he kinda sassed me and said that was normal- and my finger was just bent weird and it would look better once we added color. Nope sir it's just bent. Just be prepared for mail techs not listening to you.

I used to come here all the time but haven't gotten my nails done for awhile due to lazy reasons. I came here again and that'll probably be my last time. My friend and I had to wait 20 min even though we had made a reservation which is not bad so whatever. But they got the color wrong. I chose 620 which is a light brown and that's the color # they brought out....but my nails are pink. And I saw that I got a cut on my second toe..I guess they dug too hard on the edges.

E'Shee is the first nail salon to garner my undying loyalty. I will drive across the city past 8 other nail salons to get to E'Shee. The consistency and quality of service is like nothing I've seen from any other nail salon. Incredibly well-run operation: clean, welcoming, comfortable, and with HGTV on the TVs.

I recently was shown E'Shee to have a girls nail day and now consistently come back every few weeks for touch ups.
The staff is very welcoming and sweet. I've had miscommunications with them before but they quickly fix with no hassle. Their technicians are very qualified and always do an amazing job with lots of focus and precision which is really nice to see!
I'd also say their prices are extremely fair for what I've been getting (gel manicure) and is one of the reasons I return after every paycheck!
Definitely will continue being a loyal customer
