Total Body Yoga & Pilates Fitness Studio, or TBYP Fitness for short, is a barefoot studio that offers a variety of fitness classes along with a personalized nutrition program, we call Transform My Mind, Plate & Body.
Our classes include Pilates to strengthen your Core, Yoga to rejuvenate your body and mind, a Total Body Workout to build strength and balance, a fusion style class, such as PiYo LIVE, BOSU, Barre & Balletone to balance the body, mind & spirit!Modifications and variations are always offered so that you feel supported and inspired.

Services
Strengthening of the 'core' muscles with breath and precise exercises while connecting and conditioning the whole being- body & mind. Our Pilates classes are all levels and range from traditional mat Pilates to BOSU Pilates designed to target the core and train the whole body! EQUIPMENT needed - Mat, light hand weights, optional pilates ring and 9 pilates ball.
In accordance with this mandate, masks will be required in the studio, regardless of vaccination status. We will continue to maintain the 6 foot social distance requirement. Please know that this decision is being made for the safety and health of all. TBYP Fitness has been doing everything it can over the past year and a half to remain open and to help us all stay connected, healthy & well.
Heidi is the owner of Total Body Yoga and Pilates. She offers a wide range of classes at her studio, and invites you to share her passion for fitness! Abby has practiced yoga for five years. Her practice has helped her grow stronger and more flexible both on and off the yoga mat. She completed her 200 hour yoga certification, as well as YOGA ed.'s children's yoga training at Kripalu.
Our nutrition programs focus on long-term, healthy eating, rather than dieting. Our team of certified Master and Mentor Coaches are here to support you each step of the way! Whether you are trying to lose weight or maintain your weight and just eat healthier, we can help you reach your goals without counting calories or giving up wine, carbs or treats!

Today I went to my VERY first pilates class ever! Heidi was super nice and upbeat. Throughout the class she was very personal and made sure I was comfortable. It was a beginners class and there was no pressure in getting the poses right, but she still gave detailed instructions and made it really fun. The hour flew by fast and I love how it was not a judgemental class at all! I would recommend this place to any beginner and I'm planning on going back there :-)

Heidi the owner is a fantastic instructor. She is really welcoming and encouraging. Heidi guided me through my first Pilates classes, paying great attention to breath and alignment guidance. The Yoga class I took was all treated in the same way. I've been to many yoga classes and you will not always find this quality of alignment correction.
This is a place you can feel safe, comfortable and confident that the instructor is looking out for you.
