This place loves to scam. They will try to charge you for carpet replacement or repairs that have no possible way of being caused by you. Add onto that the fact that they ignore tenants threatening and harassing other tenants at all hours of the night. Do yourself a favor and don’t give them a dime.

I lived there temporarily, just a few months, while looking for a house to purchase, and got charged for carpet stretching and deep cleaning at moving out. Ridiculous!
Carpet was already old and not clean at all when moving in and there was no way it needed stretching or anything. It's just bad management. These apartments, on top of being old, are super dirty, and there's no maintenance whatsoever. Worst place I ever lived in!

Margarita at the Timbercreek office was exceptional; she is an excellent communicator and connects with people on a personal level. I have not leased at The Timbercreek Commons yet and am in awe how helpful she was in helping me find a unit with one of the sister properties.
In these challenging times as bidding wars erupt everywhere, Margarita was patient enough to take time to research for me to locate an available unit with the sister properties. I have walked The Timbercreek, Sylvan Highlands and the Avalon Park and will highly recommend these three properties.

A pretty good deal for your budget-especially if you are a single, young professional. I have lived here for about 3 years and have definitely noticed some improvements. I feel like renters definitely get a good amount of space on their floorplans for the price. I have looked elsewhere in the area out of curiosity and even with the market rent increases, the rent on my 2 bedroom is the same level as a 1 bedroom somewhere else (although this could also be reflective of the time I moved in). I do wish the appliances and cupboards were newer and that maintenance could do more scheduled updates for

The apartments are good, but the plumbing is awful every 2-3 months the pipes get clogged and feces from the pipes get sent back into your toilet and shower. Just a month ago the pipes got backed up (Again) and feces spilled out all over the wooden floor and the wood soaked it in. The three bedroom has a problem in the master bathroom the shower collects mold and mildew the is gets harder to open over time. One last thing, for about 3-4 years they used tarp for a roof and they finally decided to build an actual roof now.

So I recently had a couple outlets at my apartment not work anymore and I called the leasing office and they quickly sent maintenance over to fix my outlets. Gage quickly corrected the problem and told me what was wrong with the outlets and fixed them pretty quickly. Living at timber creek is pretty awesome and maintenance is top notch here. Thank you gage!

My small fam lived here for almost 2 years. It's affordable and has a lot of the amenities people are generally looking for. Many renters are approved and while that's good for families like mine, it also means your neighbors can run the spectrum from hard working blue collar folks to sometimes party animals. We definitely had some issues with rowdy neighbors, but eventually the staff took measures that resolved the issues.
Aside from the random luck of neighbors, good or bad, the property is great and people are generally kind. There are a good amount of families and the staff, in my experience

Tarp city! Our roof has a leak that caused black mold to grow in the bathroom and instead of fixing the roof they tarp it. I reached out to management a few times and was told that other apartments are worse than mine . The management is sad here and the tattered tarp is not a roof . Very concerned when it starts to rain again because the roof leaks. Several apartments in the complex are in the same condition. If you drive around there are tarps everywhere and it’s been this way for months.

I had a horrible experience here. First I moved into a one bed one bath from downtown and was excited to live somewhere bigger with lots of grass for my dog. I lived there for not even 6 months and decided to transfer into a 2 bed 2 bath with my friend. They said they wouldn’t offer the new tenant move in lease agreement because I was not a new… tenant (though my friend was) after fighting them over it they finally gave in. It was $1375 for a 2b2b.
Upon moving out of my 1 bedroom they said that my carpet had pet damage and would need to be replaced for $1,100 (not sure exact but it

the best!!! Great staff!! Jeff rocks!! Glad he got promoted. I was in getting mail everyday. Awesome group of people working there !! I got all of my deposit back - carpet cleaning. I was cool with that. Then I get a letter telling me they are sending another check to cover that!!! Wow so cool!!! If you live clean and leave things how you find them. You'll get your deposit back!!!

I live here with my partner. I looked at downsizing my 2 bedroom, 1 bath to a 1,1 for just myself. I went to the office to find out if I could transfer my deposits to a new place. They told me they could not but since I was approved to live in the complex already I would only have to pay $350 in deposits and would still get whatever deposits were… reimbursed on my previous place. NBD. I asked for prices on a 1 bedroom. They said they were available for $1010 per month. Then the guy said.... "Oh, wait. That's the cost for new tenants. You're an EXISTING tenant. Your cost would actually be
