nice place and friendly staff. only concern is the elevators are extremely old and it feels/sounds like the cables will snap at any given moment. only reason why i gave 4 stars and not 5 !

I just moved in. I will start with the positive. Jackie in the office has been amazing and attentive. Shehas answered questions and done her best to get me everything intended. Maintenance has been amazing and quick to handle my needs. Im impressed by their response time. Now the negative. The apartment is worn. The cabinets are falling apart. Sure its apart of apartment wear and tear but honestly for the price I was expecting better. The next thing is just my preference but the walla are an aweful yellow color. I’ve been living here for three months and all three months I haven’t had working A/C and supposedly maintenance is still waiting for supplies to come in, again three months and I’m on the “emergency” list so I can imagine how long it takes for non emergency maintenance issues. Not only that but it also seems that if the dial box isn’t broken the elevator is broken, and vice versa. Just don’t live here everything is falling apart. But the people are nice so that’s cool ig

Went to tour the complex was waiting for ten min after scheduled time “not to bad”. But the tour felt rushed Jackie was the girl who took us on it we didn’t even walk behind the building to see the walk way. Instead she had us look out a window. The blouse she was wearing was very revealing showed her breast through the buttons. The worst part is she kept coughing and couldn’t even talk without coughing. Definitely would not recommend! Plus price was way to outrageous 1600 for a small two bedroom!

My family and I have been living at Promenade Pointe for over 4 years now and we love it here! The entire office staff is amazing! The apartments are super spacious and comes with nice closet space. If you are looking for a luxury apartment In a central location (especially near Norfolk Naval Base) and with Granby st. less than 10 mins away, I recommend promenade pointe as the perfect location for you!

This place was easily 5 stars when we moved in a year ago. Property manager was awesome. Everything well maintained. Once management changed this place really went downhill. Hallways are no longer cleaned properly and fresh paint for areas of wear and tear are no longer applied. The small area of grass the dogs use yo have is all mud now. Residents do not pick up their dog droppings. When it rains it reeks of dog urine walk around outside. The new manager made multiple lies to us while staying. What a wonderful place to call home. Promenade is a great luxury community right outside of Downtown. The grounds are great, the gym is new, and holidays are amazing here. Alicia and her team provide excellent customer service virtually anytime of day. If your looking for a well-located luxury apartment, you have found THE BEST.

Our experience has been amazing here! Alicia and Jess are always happy to see you at the front office and even remember the residents' dog's names. Parking is a little tight and it would be wonderful if the complex had a dog park on sight, but it's been a great experience living here and we're happy we made the move!

We have been at Promenade Point for a year and we loved it. We took advantage of the pool, the kayaks and the gym every chance we got. The Office Staff and Maintenance Staff go above and beyond and always knew exactly who we were when we walked in. They become more of friends to us especially the manager Alicia Guidotti and nothing was ever a burden or hassle. They were always upbeat and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect in our apartment.
