We have lived here for 2 years. Now there is a entire homeless encampment behind our place. They have cut holes in the fence and walk through every day. They start fires and have garbage everywhere. They go through the dumpsters and leave trash all over! Today we had to call 911 because they broke into the vacant apartment next door to ours. Neither us nor the police have been able to contact anyone from the office. And soon they will be raising the rent! This is terrible please stay safe everyone and always be aware of your surroundings

They are ruining apartments amenities. Child's park and large pool!! That's a few reasons why we wanted to live here. No parking once so ever. Evey apartments gets one assigned parking spot. They destroyed the park for parking. Pool NEVER opens on time. Sign says 10am-8pm. Here we are almost 12. Still not open. Stupid. Just take down your sign.

This place is a DISASTER. Always trying to scam somebody, doesn’t care for residents that pay hard earned $$ for rent are cheated out of basic expectations... and don’t get me started on the manager Trinity, she’s rude & unhelpful. If you’re looking for a place to reside at in Reno.. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star at all the worst place to live in. They don’t communicate with their tenants. So sad people that just move in almost getting kicked out for not paying hidden fees that weren’t even on the contract so sad!!!! The management is terrible starting with the manager Trinity. No security what’s so ever people’s cars be getting broken into all the time manager doesn’t care.

Horrible place to live, really bad management, laundry facility is a complete mess and dirty, the staff is not friendly nor polite. they charge me for things didn't need to be done and didn't give me back any of the deposit. You better keep good records of what you pay there or they will steal your money. They charge twice for utilities.

Worst apartments in Reno they have an assistant Raul that parks his cars all over the complex next to all the tenants and the guy couldn't drive to save his life parking on top of brand new vehicles and when you complain to management there like we dont care we work here you just live here.The absolute worst apartments I've ever lived in on top of that they are way over priced unless u like broken washing machines that they keep raising the cost to use and then doing low budget renovations and over charging while being rude and offensive you do not want to live here this place is a nightmare

Toured this property a few days ago and it was gorgeous. The unit we walked was stunning loved the floor plan and Veronica was very professional during the whole tour. Love the fact that they are pet friendly and the amenities they offer. Can't wait to start the application process soon with Veronica.

I love living at 2300 west apartments! It is really spacious and beautiful complex. I especially love the fact that it is within walking distance to a full service shopping center. The staff is knowledgeable, and most Importantly helpful when it comes to addressing concerns or answering my questions while being very professional. Also it is so hard to find pet friendly communities so that’s just a huge plus! :)

These apartments are very spacious for their price range and the community is great too. Most of the people really are neighborly and friendly. The place also has an organized and managed feel without seeming to be micromanaged and offensively monitored. The grounds are clean, well kept and beautiful. Parking is limited in the complex but parallel street parking is always close and available. Great place to live in comparison to other apartments I have tenanted.
