The whole apartment complex has fleas. Management will not do anything about it. If you have a dog I urge you do not live here. I cannot even step on my patio to do laundry without my legs being swarmed with fleas. It is disgusting.

Sean in the front office has been more than helpful and accommodating during the move-in process. Not only up until we signed the lease but even still after I have had only positive experiences.

Visited my daughter for the first time and the deck above hers is about to collapse. Looks completely run down not to mention extremely dangerous. She even sent the office a picture and got no response, not very surprised because they have responded unprofessionally in the past. 950$ for a one bedroom and it looks like the projects

I just recently renewed my lease. Quiet neighborhood, close to my job and other amenities. I can hear the neighbor upstairs kid running around but it's not too bad. I really like it here. You don't see a lot of people hanging out outside or disrupting. Everyone is pretty nice and amicable. For the price I would recommend. Maintenance is always helpful and fast. I like living here.

Old apartments that cost too much and the leasing office has horrible customer service. Seriously they spend sooo much money making the leasing office look good but the apartments are bug infested and falling apart.

This place was great when I moved in and there weren't people out to get your money but now it's horrible! The guy up front won't lift a finger to do anything and the assistant manager is even worse. They send threatening letters and then when you go to confront them they act like they weren't threatening you. On top of that, they are charging me for a carpet cleaning fee (I've lived there for 2 years.. they should not charge me for his) and they charge a pet FEE!! As in they charge you 200 dollars to own a pet... not even a deposit.. total rip off. With this place I should

I wrote my initial review when I first moved in. Now that I have been here for almost more than two years I feel like I can give a better one. First off, the building is fairly older and I wish the paint would stop cracking along the window areas. However, our neighbors are great and pretty quiet. It’s been great having pets here and that they’re pet friendly. Parking has improved but after 11pm it is a little more difficult. I can’t complain too much about the building just small things over time. It really has been a great home for my bf and I while we’ve been in college. I really appreciate

This place is the worst at first everything looks good but after you move in everything change, neighbors are the worst to say the least you could not do anything in your apartment even when yo pay you rent every month they will call you the police for anything at ridiculous hours like 9:00 pm and when you get robbed no one calls the police unbelievable. The management office is there for nothing and they are not able to help you never even when I request a transfer from the apartment that I was robbed they wanted me to pay a transfer fee and a new rent for the same apartment but in a different

This people are racist, disrespectful, vindictive against their tenants. White supremacists that's who they are. Worse place to live. You can't ask questions about the scam they have going on with the water they provide. Lied to you about your monthly rent, never how much your rent is they constantly changing your monthly rent. Lied on court papers to have a tenant evicted for the wrong some of money. Putting the tenant in collections for another some of money. Welcome to St James Crossing apartments if you want to be humiliated, retaliated against, Discriminated be against. And the end

My experience at St James Crossing has been a very positive one. I love the size and layout of the apartment and it's in a great location in Citrus Park. I have had every maintenance request addressed in a timely manner and the maintenance crew is wonderful. The leasing manager Sean is great about working with you on whatever you may need and I am very impressed with his customer service skills.
They are also working very hard on making the community look great by painting and fixing the outside of the buildings. Overall it's a great community to live in !

St. James Crossing is a pretty nice place to live. My boyfriend lives here and we both think it's relatively pleasant. The pond and trees make the location beautiful. There's ducks and other types of birds everywhere, which I love. The people that live here can be pretty noisy. There's often loud music or children screaming which can be slightly frustrating if you're trying to watch a movie, but honestly, what do you expect from an apartment? The rent is pretty high for the complete lack of amenities. The "gym" consists of 2 or 3 machines and 1 of them is unusable

St. James crossing is a quiet apartment complex in a great central location, but it's way overpriced. I'm not renewing my lease because my rent was going to increase by $100. $900 hundred dollars a month plus water, sewer, trash, pest control, and convenience fee, and mandatory renters insurance would quickly make the 1 bedroom apartment close to $1150 a month. These apartments are too old and dated to be worth that amount and their are no washer/dryer hookups. My current building has three empty apartments due to renters moving out and I'm sure it's due to the pricing.

OK--this place like really sucks. I'm so glad I moved out of there. Let me tell you something about this place that they won't tell you until you sign the lease. You pay for water, sewer, pest control, $3/mo fee for the pleasure of them sending you a bill in the mail telling you your rent is due (LOL) and garbage tacked onto the rent. You'll enjoy the people you see driving up in huge trucks and dumping cabs full of trash bags that you're paying for. Now, you might think, well why shouldn't I pay my own bills? Ok. The main problem is, you don't just pay your

While visiting/babysitting our newborn granddaughter for 3 hours this afternoon, our car was towed. There were literally 30 spots surrounding us. Apparently they have an arrangement with the tow company for random drive by towing and each get a cut. So lazy. Rudest woman I've encountered in a long time in the office. $170. Not sure you would want friends trying to visit...
