Future tenants/lessees BEWARE, below are some of the most RECENT issues/events that have occurred while living at “The Link Minneapolis,” legally known as “Rise at Prospect Park Owner, LLC”:
- Mice/Rodent INFESTATION (on opposite side of building) that management was made aware of in early November has now progressed to at least the 6th floor of the building on the opposite side of where the issue originated.
- After not resolving or adequately addressing the mice/rodent infestation, The City of Minneapolis was involved. Once the city was involved, they cited “Rise at Prospect Park

With Fresh Thyme next door, a train stop in front of the building and a safe and comfortable environment, the Link is a great choice for a college student. The Link staff has also been amazing - and a big shout out to Max, whose professional demeanor and poise during especially stressful and critical times has been truly commendable. Highly recommend!

Your belongings are not safe at the Link apartments.
The Link does not care about security. The bike storage is vandalized more every time I go in there. There are broken locks on the floor, bikes with missing seats and wheels. There are missing bikes where only a front wheel remains. The staff have been notified about this problem multiple times but when confronted, they just responded, “what do you want me to do about it?”
The staff member did offer an idea that some of the residents store their bikes separately from the wheels.
To this, I ask the following:
Do you know how bikes work

The management team is not trustworthy at all.
I have asked availability for unit 1306 for nearly two months, and even today at 11:30 am. They usually said they would be call me back if there would be. However, when this unit was available at 2:00 pm, they did not contact by any means. Instead, they said they gave a tour for someone at 2:30 pm and they signed. But they always said there are still people living in 1306. How could they do a visit and sign 1306 just after 30 minutes’ availability without noticing me as promised. “Please understand this as “coincidence””!
Then I could understand

Toured here about a week ago for a market analysis class. I was honestly blown away with my tour of the property with Aden. I haven't seen a property with so many unique amenities. Also the staff wasn't rude (normally other properties are for that kind of thing) to me even though I was there primarily for class and not looking to lease (at this time). However, maybe I will when my lease ends next year!

I lived in the Link Apartments for 1 year. I liked the rooms a lot when moving in. They are a little small, but they get good light and have good amenities. I found the management, however, extremely unhelpful. While this might be the case at most large apartment complexes, I found it to be pretty unacceptable. Throughout my year there, my car was broken into and my bike stolen, both while locked and in a "secure" underground parking garage which I payed extra for. After notifying management about the robberies, no action or compensation was ever provided and I felt that management did not care

Nice Apartment and feel safe. Wish the gym was open more. Wish we got any sort of reimbursement for signing before the pandemic and then not getting all the amenities for nearly our entire lease.

I toured here, and it looks like a great place to live! A grocery store right underneath the apartment, a roof top to have a cook out on or relax in the hot tubs, and not to mention a dog run for your furry friends to play on. It’s in a great location! The rooms have a modern vibe with a beautiful view of the city. My tour guide Aden did a great job on showing my the place. I wish I could live here, but I got a job in Wisconsin.

Typically do not leave a review unless an otherwise negative experience at a location; however, I feel a responsibility to uphold the Link's above and beyond service. In my opinion the rent is extremely reasonable given the amount of amenities, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. During my time at the Link, I have not have any complaints and would consider it the best rental experience I have had. If you are anything like me and were apprehensive regarding the property based on their Google reviews, I highly suggest scheduling a tour and clearing any doubts you may have as I did!

I moved into the Link in the summer last year and honestly have been having the best experience. The Link makes paying rent and finding support so easy. Not to mention the great amenities, the sleekness of community spaces, and proximity to so much (i.e. Twin Cities U of M campus, grocery store Fresh Thyme, light rail access). There are a lot of fun community events that really make this place home! Overall, Wonderful, Brand-New Apartment & Super Friendly Staff!

When we first started looking for places close to the U, the Link seemed like a good deal: we got a month of free rent, promised $250 giftcards per person who tours, it was on the lightrail, and it seemed to be in a quiet area. But after moving in, we noticed nothing but problems.
When we first moved in, our unit was disgusting. There were (and still are) glue stains on the floor, the windows were covered in paint, the deck felt like it was about to collapse, and cabinets were missing shelves and had large chips on the sides. Since August, these problems have gotten worse with our windows completely

Staying in a corporate suite here @ the Link for a little over a week while on business and the complex is awesome! It's brand new, and everything inside the apartment is great--the kitchen in particular if you love to cook! Tons of amenities onsite, including a dope fitness center and rooftop lounge/outdoor space. The location is central to everything including the University, plus it's right on the Green line for easy commute to both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. Would highly recommend checking this place out!

Big fan of this new complex in stadium village. The main reason this place stands out is because of the amenities it has to offer. First off, the place is brand new so everything is clean which is a huge plus to me. On top of that, it is located on top of a grocery store and liquor store so that is a bonus that food and drink are literally steps away. Many other complex's are a decent distance from a grocery store which is more of a hassle.
The amenities include a hot tub, sauna, workout room, yoga room, grilling stations, movie room, golf simulator, music studio, game room, bike storage,
