Luxury condo with modern design nearby bay bridge. The location is a very safe neighborhood. Nearby Salesforce tower and park. Google office is also next to it. Photos are taken from new buyer tours. Most of them are model rooms. When you are considering to buy it, ask the sales person or real estate agent for information about specific tax. Such tax is additional to the regular property tax and you should count on it when calculating your monthly payment.

Separate but equal is inherently unequal. See for yourself. Look at the side by side photos (market rate on the left, below market rate on the right). Whereas the market rate units offer state of the art Miele appliances, the below market rate units offer "Frigidaire Refrigerator, Electrolux Washer/Dryer, Frigidaire Stove/Range, Frigidaire Microwave, Frigidaire Dishwasher." Don't buy Tishman Speyer's and the Studio Gang's "Jim Crow" affordable housing. There are plenty of other below market units available. Respect the 14th amendment of the constitution: equal protection under the law.

Beautiful to look at from the outside, but a nightmare inside. Builder uses low grade building materials and appliances in many of the lower priced units. Key property features include: thins walls, noisy pets, loud slamming exit/neighbor doors, many unuseable amenities, high association fees, pretentious sales team, and a lax HOA office.
While MIRA's location is awesome, it is far from the the best that SF has to offer.
