I've had a good experience so far, it's been almost a year. My maintenance requests are always responded to in a timely manner. The staff has always been friendly and reasonable with me. Steve especially has gone above and beyond to lend my family and I assistance whenever we've needed it. I am truly appreciative.

The office staff is great and always on top of things! My heat was not working and Brittany assured me that it would get taken care of asap and of course the maintenance team showed up! They got the heat working, but they didn't feel that it was safe to run because the equipment needed to be replaced. Electric heaters were provided! They made sure that they came to fix it first thing this morning! I really appreciate the action taken especially because I have a 1 year old and they made sure we stayed warm and safe!

Haven’t been here long but so far I’ve had an amazing experience! The staff is friendly and efficient, and get things done in a timely fashion. My favorite is the pool, my kids and I utilize it multiple times a week! It’s 8ft deep and amazingly clean. (Think the guy out there was named Ray, he looked to enjoy what he was doing and take pride in how good the pool looked) They even have a separate 2 ft pool! Literally lose track of time when we are out there!

Wouldn’t move here unless you didn’t have a place to go. It’s good if you’re looking for somewhere cheap. Takes awhile for maintenance to come unless an emergency and even fixing things it was mediocre. They do work with you if there’s a major problem thankfully - like black mold in my case. I had an annoying pipe screech that they never fixed and noisy neighbors upstairs so moved out as soon as I could. It was fine for what I needed.

Been here for almost 3 years and we have the best two maintenance guys working here! Steve and Ray are great. Steve gets things done the right way when he comes. He tries his best to help out and make things right! Ray is always nice and he’s always there to help. It’s nice seeing both of these guys in the morning when going to work. They always greet you with a smile. Same Thing when you come home you always see them working together and working as a great team! Arcadia cannot afford to loose either of the guys!!! They are true keepers! Tennessee Steve keep rocking the southern hospitality

This is my second stay at Arcadia this time I have lived here for some time. Maintenance teams have changed a few times HOWEVER I think they have found the perfect Dynamic Duo with Ray and Steve. Seems like I've had more than enough emergency calls that these two have been called to resolve. From middle of the night flooding it took Ray no time to show up. Garbage disposal backing up into dishwasher. No heat calls Steve showed up on

This place is perhaps the most degusting and prejudice place I have lived in in the past several years. I moved into an apartment that was infested with cockroaches. when I complained to Natalie Meyer , she said that since I was black I probably brought them with me. I had to put up with the pests the full term of the lease that was 12 months. I filed a discrimination complaint against this company. The regional manager Stacie Guthrie, never retuned my messages until I filed the discrimination complaint. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE THE MANAGEMNT IS NOT HONEST AND THE PLACE HAS AN INFESTATION

I called the parent company, Timberland Partners, to find out where the partial refund on our deposit was. I was advised to call Arcadia, and speak to the COMMUNITY MANAGER. I did so.
I explained the situation, and discovered the "Leasing Agent", who ROYALLY SCREWED WITH US, was no longer an employee there. I asked if I could relay the nightmarish experience to this manager, and asked if we could get the entire $400 deposit back. She was livid when she heard our story.
This manager apologized, and quickly refunded our money.
