We will be following the new protocols issued by the Ohio Department of Health. This includes limiting capacity to allow for 6 feet between members, setting up social distancing space around equipment like treadmills or disabling machines in between, removing excess seating throughout our facility, reducing class-sizes, making every other locker for non-use, and disabling water fountains.
All of our employees will be wearing masks and we will have hand sanitizer throughout the facility. St. Julian's Fitness BG provides an array of fitness materials to help you obtain your fitness goals, including cardio, strength training & circuit training! There are numerous cardio machines, such as treadmills, ellipticals, gliders, recumbent bikes, etc. We also offer a separate studio room for SilverSneakers classes and fitness classes (which are included in the membership price).
You don't have to be alone on your fitness journey. Whether you need the motivation of others in a group class or need to be pushed by a personal trainer, we can help! I really enjoy lifting at St. Julian’s. My lifting partner and I workout at least three times a week. It is a wonderful opportunity for us to workout, visit and maintain our “get up and go” attitude! As senior citizens, our goal is to keep our flexibility, mobility and stability. I highly recommend this gym!!

Best gym in BG. Clean, friendly atmosphere, nice staff.
Good free weights, good machines. Lots of bikes, treadmills and ellipticals for those that want cardio.
Also has classes including yoga, pilates etc. Can connect you with a personal trainer if you like.
Not too crowded.
