I work with Lutheran Family Services. My colleagues and I have had nothing but great experiences working with The Park West Office Manager. She has gone above and beyond to help us placing clients who are in need of housing. She has been quick to answer all of our questions and has been able to process the applications quickly. It is our duty to help our clients, but she has gone above her responsibilities and has helped our clients connect with resources within Omaha. We will continue to partner with Park West to continue placing our clients and will refer other organizations we work with to utilize

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! On top of countless other issues here's the new one: The office was close all of last week without prior notification. This was the week rent was due. I pay in person with a money order and I take a receipt. Because the office was CLOSED, I was not able to go into the office and pay my bill. I called several times before the last day it was due, and not once got a call back. READ. When I moved in the apartment was not ready to be moved into! issues off the bat. ice cube maker broken, dryer broken, carpet dirty, buzzer broken, wasps nest outside, AC broken. It took WEEKS for someone to fix things. We called and called and the apartment people, every single time they say they will call back they don't. They are liars. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Buyer Beware. I moved in with my roommates in January 2021 & lived until September 2021. The final straw is me being robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot. Good luck trying to find parking. There is ni security, cameras or good lightening at night. Someone did a hit and run on my roommates car. We noticed roaches right away & spiders. The exterminator only sprays on certain spots. The pool was only open for 2 weeks then locked up the rest of summer. Cabinets falling apart. Microwave door was never fixed. Hole on bathroom door. I have called Park West home for over a year and it saddens my heart that I have to move due to health issues. I really appreciate all the staff from office to maintance. They have treated me such kindness and respect when they have seen me. It truly has been a blessing to get to know everyone that works at Park West and see the hard work they do to make sure that we have a comfortable place to live.

Lived here for less than a year and i swear nothing else can go wrong but i stay in-corrected every week theres a new situation where i have to pay more than the original agreement, the office is never open for tenants and its very unlikely but whenever i can get a hold of them on there 1800 there extremely rude, there Maitnence is lacking efficiency and they never clean the snow, park west has officially ruined my perspective of renting in general. Please reconsider your stay here

From day one there have been issues. The place was not cleaned before I moved in, when they sent the cleaning crew, I still spent a few hours cleaning. The garage flooded every time it rained, ruined some of my tools. They would not replace the door gasket or offer any sort of compensation for my tools. The entry doors were always broken, easy to get in without a key. The carpets and halls were torn up and posed safety hazards. One time I had a sink backed up, not my fault- someone upstairs put grease down the drain and it got stuck in my drain- they said someone will be there
