This place is an absolute dump! They constantly turn off the water so I cant flush the toilet, take a shower , or even wash my hands. Since Pam left, the new manager deicides to turn the water off every few days which has been affecting me greatly. I have to wash m hands with bottled water every day they turn off the water. On top of that, there are people smoking in the hallways and constant noise from outside. This apartment complex also constantly gets over heated and so I wake up dehydrated most days. They also did a terrible job with the wiring the apartment where the switches are the opposite

Owned by a management firm that has way too many sublets. And even if you make an agreement with the current tenant you still have to deal with the leasing office and management company. Plus their "selling point" is 2 months after you move in rent gets bumped up $200- $300. Not a good way to get units filled up. Plus most of the units need a lot of work. Like the walls and ceilings need to be completely replaced.

PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU ARE SIGNING A LEASE TO PAY UTILITIES EVEN AFTER YOU MOVE OUT UNTIL ITS RENTED AGAIN, WHICH IS BULL. Property manager was the rudest person ever after moving in. Cant keep a steady assistant. Rodent infested, and they will not provide any pest control. If you have dogs be aware that they falsify inspections and keep your entire deposit to replace the carpeting. BE PRESENT FOR MOVE OUT INSPECTIONS! these people can not be trusted!

I am a new resident and am in a 1 bedroom renovated apartment, I absolutely love it! So spacious. I have a 5 month old and I cannot wait to watch her grow at our new home. Amazing kitchen new appliances and gorgeous granite counter tops. Maintenance is quick with responding to our request and they had the apartment clean and ready for us to move in.

Don't ever think of renting this apartment. You will lose your security deposit. The locality is great but the property is old and maintenance is shabby. The property has gone into court receivership so you will lose your security deposit. Seems like the owners owe people a lot of money. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
