This place is a real gem! The Administration is responsive, supportive and extremely professional. The Maintenance team Ryan, Kevin and Alessio are fantastic! Landscapes and lawns are well kept and beautiful and makes one feel as though they are living in a resort! Most importantly this property is extremely safe!

Waterford Place Apartments is a great place to live. The community is very nice and friendly and the staff are always helpful and commutative. As soon we visited the apartments it already felt like home and was a great fit to everything we were searching for. When we needed maintenance in our apartment we were emailed quickly and had communication the whole time until we were able to get what we needed fixed/replaced. If we’ve ever needed anything from the office the staff have been able to help direct us in the ways we are needing.

Not only did I have a the worst living experiences while I lived here just based on appliance and maintenance. But there was gas leaks, gas/smoke detectorr broken, broken washer and dryer and dishwasher. terrible staff especially Jessica. She is very rude and unprofessional. If you ask them to fix things they will just push it off and get mad. Maybe they will check out the issue and then act like they fixed it. I hope anyone thinking of moving here does not fall for the looks on the outside they look nice but it would be safer to live in a homeless shelter.

Love this place. I have been living there for almost two years now, and have no complains. For a single females, it is safe and the staff are awesome. I really enjoy the Christmas party and the cook out the staff do for us during summer. The pool is really nice! The apartment itself is clean and new.

I feel it incumbent upon me to shed light on Waterford's shady business practices. To provide some context, I lived at Waterford for about 3 years, was never late with rent, kept an impeccably clean apartment, and was not noisy. In other words, I was a model tenant. But within 30 days of me moving out, Waterford contacts me to see if I wanted to extend my lease (which I had already extended twice before, but this time I was looking to move out permanently.) We have been asking to have our security door fixed for over a year. It is rotted and bounces open when it closes. People break it and the office blames it on misuse. This door has been needing replacement for over a year. Management just makes excuses and said the "doors are being misused." Give me a break.

1. AMAZING maintenance team! Big thank you to those guys and for coming out at midnight when there is no heat!!! Not once did I had to wait more than a day for a problem to get fixed! Responsive, fast, and super nice! Thank you so much for your work!

Been here for 2 years now. First in a 3rd floor walk up and now in a 1 bdrm townhouse. The maintenance guys are phenomenal! They almost always get tasks done same day! The landscape and buildings are always well maintained.
The office staff, on the other hand, really lacks in customer service. They screen calls - if they know your number and they're tired of dealing with you. Saw a former employee do this several times while I was in. She clearly stated, ugh this person again! I'm not picking up.

I stopped by a few weeks back to view the one bedroom apartment. When my fiance and I arrived, we had not even reached the door yet and a woman came out and stood there. We told her we were here to view the apartment and she then said they had a training going on and that we would have to set an appointment. I waited for her to at least say come in so that I can take down your information and give you a call back--nothing! We were treated very rudely and unprofessionally. I lived at Waterford Place Apartments for three years. Our time there was pleasant enough, but please be careful upon moving out. I cleaned my apartment and dropped off the keys, and received a bill for $470 three months later for carpets that were replaced. I had taken pictures of how I left the apartment, and refused to pay the charge. I was placed in collections. Please make sure to do a walk-through with someone when you move out. I found out later that the "carpet charge" had happened to more people. We moved in when Waterford Place was under the previous management, and moved out

I just moved into Waterford a few weeks ago. I have to say that in the short time I've been here, I'm really impressed. When I moved in, my apartment was incredibly clean -- everything was freshly painted and there was brand new carpeting. There hasn't been that much snow, but the maintenance people have been diligent about removing any snow that we've had and putting down salt to avoid any ice on the walkways. Neighbors have been very friendly and kind. Last week there was a delicious brunch in the clubhouse for all residents, where neighbors encouraged me to grab a bite. There

I don't often leave reviews however Waterford place deserves it. My husband and I are current residents here since 2007. Our overall experience here has been great!
Before we actually found Waterford place back in 2007, we actually had put a deposit down somewhere else. after viewing the town homes at Waterford and the property ,we knew instantly this is where we wanted to live. We actually lost the deposit we put down on the prior place we looked at but in the end to us it was worth it!
The staff and manager have to be doing something right to keep us as residents this long!

The apartments them selves looked gorgeous (models usually do though) what turned me completely off about this place was the lady in the leasing office. We had an appointment at 3, when we arrived the lady was behind from her last appointment, which is fine, but we were told to go sit in the community area. After about 15 minutes of waiting we came to the conclusion that she forgot about us so we went back to the main office and she started in on the next appointment. She didn't apologize for having us

I am a current resident of Waterford Place, but my lease is up in a month so we are moving. We have been living here since December 2013 & since our move-in date we have had nothing but issues. We started in a 1 bedroom apartment with a toilet the over-flowed every time you flushed it which resulted in many many maintenance visits. After 2 months we moved into a 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse. Our ice machine didn't work from the day we moved in, maintenance came to fix it 5 times before just replacing our refrigerator. Our guest bathroom toilet didn't flush properly, our microwave made

If you're looking for an apartment in the Northern Arlington Heights/Mount Prospect area then the location of Waterford is pretty good. Easy access to the highway, and central heating and air - which is awesome.
The rent does add up though (the markup from year to year), the staff are a mix between extremely rude and extremely compassionate (if you lived here then you know exactly which person is rude and which person is compassionate).
There is sufficient parking in relation to the number of units, the biggest downfall was the SILVERFISH. We had them every summer that we lived at Waterford
