I loved Riverview when I moved there in Jan2019. Nice staff, easy move in, great location, great price! In mid-2019, their staff was overtaken by GVA. And quality has just PLUMMETED. Higher rent. The staff is RUDE. They took away the dropbox for rent, making it even more difficult for those of us with 9-5 jobs. It took our kitchen flooding TWICE… from roof leaks for them to FINALLY patch it. We had A/C problems, shower problems. Every faucet in our entire house dripped. The water has huge black specks in it (in the shower too!). The whole building reeks of cigarettes and weed. Last week
