Not a bad place when starting out. The girls in the leading office are very kind. Gym could use a bit more equipment but overall it’s a lovely place in a very good area, close to everything.

The model apartment is not what you get when you move in, and they refuse to show the actual apartment you'll be moving into. My friends actual apartment was mirrored, had cheaper and uglier amenities and was not painted as nicely as the model they show. Just be aware. Refusing to show the place you're going to actually be living in should be a red flag.

If you sleep in past 8am be prepared to be woken up every Wednesday by the lawn people. Walls are extremely thin, neighbors loud. If you're on the first floor be prepared to hear every step they make as it sounds like the ceiling is going to collapse. Neighbors smoke cigarettes inside apartments which tracks to other apartments. Only positive is the price, but you really get what you pay for.

I stayed at ER for one year. The staff was helpful and professional, and any maintenance work was always done promptly. It was a safe and quiet environment, and conveniently located. My one-bedroom was spacious, with ample closet space and mirrored closet doors. I also appreciated the reserved covered parking. I would certainly have remained at ER much longer, had it not been for my new job out-of-state.

This place is awful! You pay a lot of rent and have no amenities. No washer/dryer, no patio/balcony and you have to pay to use the gym. There are always plumbing issues. Without warning, the water will be shut off, even when you're in the shower. The office staff is nice but good luck trying to get a package that was delivered. They can never seem to find it. This place is very outdated. The apartments are dark like a cave. There are better places to live.

Warning: don't even consider this apartment complex I'm not talking about bedbugs or roaches or loud noisy neighbors, the management just simply doesn't care about the residents they increase the rent every year and when you try to leave they try to charge you more money and they will come after you with court and collection companies!!!

I lived here for 4 years, 2012 to 2016, and then moved back last year for nine months until I bought a place of my own. Great staff, safe and convenient area, clean and bug-free apartments. I highly recommend these apartments!

Don't apply here. Lazy incompetent staff. Too lazy to do the work so they'll ask you to google stuff about your rental history instead of them doing the research. They are not empathetic or lenient of your situation like they pretended to be. I told them I was practically homeless and they didn't try to expedite the situation at all. They Act so nice and helpful before you pay the $135.00 fee and then they switch on you. They get short with you and lazy. They don't keep open communication with you at all. I had to call and check on my application because they couldn't email

Do not live here! I've been here for a year and I wish I had not renewed my lease. The neighbors are loud, dirty (we have bugs because of the neighbors), and they smoke weed which pipes into my apartment. I've had to call the police several times for noise complaints and the weed. Now, it's winter time and the hot water has been off for FOUR DAYS. No warning, no notice, no announcements. They only answer questions if you call, and you're lucky enough for them to have answers. They even left the office during business hours so they could avoid questions! At least our entire building

I lived here from 2003-2005 and again from 2011-2013. This is the only rental community I've ever been fully satisfied with. I know some residents have been there for over a decade, as their vehicles are still there from when I lived there in 2003 (shout out to the green suburban, still fading in style). The front office was always straight forward and easy to work with, the grounds were always kept in good shape, and the price was always good for what you got. The only facilities issue I ever had was with the washer/dryer rooms.

The only thing nice about this place is the renovations. The community is poorly kept, hard to find, over priced, and infested with ants! I was shown a vacant apartment that was disgusting and ant hill all outside of the front door. This place needs major pest control.

Best place for College students because they are away from all the parties. Very quiet and peaceful. I'm also able to bring my pet there. Just like home and spacious compared to sharing a room with four people and spending over a thousand a month each a total of four thousand rooming with four at the other college apartments. Let alone trying to pay for college its hard enough trying to find a place to stay at during school. Best place for college students

We just recently moved out of eastridge, mainly for the need for a larger place. We did originally look into a larger unit at eastridge, but the price increase compared to the sq ft. increase was just not justifiable. We ended up finding a place with significantly more sq ft, and amenities for not much more than what eastridge was offering for their larger units. That aside, I really enjoyed living at eastridge, it's a great location, they are extremely pet friendly, they are punctual about work orders and the staff is great! Like any business there are improvements to be made. Like I had

I lived here from 2010 to April 2012, and put all my things in storage for what I thought would be three months, but that turned out to be 3 years instead. I gladly returned to Eastridge on a 6-month lease in a smaller than my original apartment, in order to rid myself of at least half of all the stuff I had in storage before I moved long-term to San Antonio. So I've lived here twice, and there was a big difference, both in the warmth of management AND the peacefulness on the property. I would recommend this property to anyone who can afford it because you'll be treated fairly, and most

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year now and I can honestly say we haven't had a single issue. The walls are incredibly thick so we never hear our neighbor even though he plays guitar and drums. The layout is adorable and there is a good amount of room for a great price. Management is super sweet and has always addressed any questions I've had immediately. It's in a very central location. They are pet friendly with a variety of tenants as well.

Update : iIt's' been almost 3 years since the "laundry" incident and the situation never happened again. Overall very very happy. I think it's a great community. Walking distance to coffee shops, parks, grocery. I literally park the car every weekend. No crime. Nice down to earth residents mostly working class and students.

I lived in these apartments for one year and I was pleased. there are all types of people living here, from young people to families to retirees. the location is great, being away from the roads I felt very safe and it was very quiet. the complex is very pet friendly and the price is reasonable. the only complaint I have is the card machine for the laundry room ate my money quite a bit and I never got a refund like they told me. it got to the point where I just went to the laundry matt

The pool is green right now.
The laundry AC breaks down all the time. (brutal in the summertime)
And the load your card for the laundry machine (lame) remember quarters? was down for many weeks so we could not even do our laundry!!!.
The purified water machine is broken again.
The rates keep going up and up and up. @ $100 in the last year or so!
Another $50-$75 per month and I will have to move, but then again it would be a much nicer place with a laundry in the unit!

I just moved out of my apartment here after two years, and was happy living here the entire time. The facilities were always clean and working, the staff was always helpful and smiling, and the rent and utilities were a great bargain. The apartments are also very cute, with tons of closet space - I never had to buy a dresser because of the way they were set up.

This really is one of the best apartment experiences I've had.
