Fantastic customer service! I was attending a business meeting and the front desk staff were so helpful and gracious. They let us print off some important documents and use their stapler even though we weren’t spending the night. We left one of our bags in the front bar area and they found us in the restaurant to return it. They were polite, prompt and made us feel taken care of. It was a great experience.

Elegance accompanied by friendliness from an expert, charming and caring staff dedicated to your comfort with effortless discretion is a lot to ask of any hotel, but at LUXE you never needed to ask. My wife and I have stayed there often even though we live just around that corner you often hear about. Twice because our residence was in fire danger and we had to evacuate, and once for a week when our air conditioner died and a new one was being ordered and then installed. Quiet, delightful, with lovely and convenient amenities and a superb - I'm not kidding - a superb restaurant. Food looks great
