I love this so much more than this review will allow me to express. Cindy, Cathy, ivy and all the other women (and men) there are professional, patient, courteous and would do anything to help you get your perfect nails. They do next-gen, shellac, gel and regular nails and fake. Their pedicure menu is awesome and I recommend the spa organic pedicure. Their color selections are robust they are hospitable. This place is amazing.

After reading positive reviews, I had a pedicure this morning and I will definitely be returning. The staff was very friendly, greeted all who stopped in and visited with clients while working with them. The most cheerful staff I have seen in a salon in both Burnet and MF. Completely relaxing experience, nails look great and I am thrilled to have found them in Burnet!

This place treats you like family. We came here over a year ago after being turned away from another place because we were men. The wonderful nail technicians here always treat you like a cherished family member with true professionalism. They remember who we are and ask about our family and work every time we are there. It's a truly relaxing experience with the utmost care given during our mani, pedis.

Wife made an appointment for us to get our toes done before a trip to Mexico. Not that familiar with pedicures, however I think my toes looked worse after. We had an appointment for 2pm. Didn't get in the chair until 2:30. Then it was another 30 minutes before she started actually working on my feet. I don't have any comparison, but this might be the worst place for a guy to get a pedicure.

The worst rush job ever. I don’t mind a quick pedicure but the lady was super distracted and wasn’t even paying attention to what she was doing. The nail polish job was streaky and she expected me to be ok with it. I simply asked for her to please add another coat. All I was hoping for was a job well done and that did not happen. In the end she basically told me sorry I’m just really busy. As if I was not important, maybe because I wasn’t getting the most expensive pedicure on the menu!??
Find a better salon, it’s too hit or miss here. Not the first time.

I went there to get my nails done and was never greeted with even as much as a hello or informed the price of how much I was paying. The people working on my nails only spoke amongst each other. They were distracted, and they nicked me several times. Nails were done fine, but the customer service was disappointing. I don’t mind people talking amongst each other, but it’s important not to ostracize your customer the entire time.

I went here for the first time today since the one I usually go to was super busy. Big mistake. The nail technician who did my nails left a messy residue around my nails and I felt like she just rushed through the whole process. The one I usually go to, at Enjoy Nails & Spa, makes sure my nails look nice and clean at the end of my visit. This was not the case at Luxe Nails & Spa. If I am going to splurge $53 on a set of messy nails, I would rather just do my own nails at home. After today, I am sticking to Enjoy Nails & Spa on Guadalupe.

My favorite nail salon in Austin!!! I’ve been living in Austin since 2017 and I have exclusively been coming to Luxe Nails since then. It’s relatively close to the UT campus (about a 10 minute drive) on Burnet. I actually moved to South Austin and I STILL make the drive up to get my nails done here because I just don’t trust any other place. The first time I was a walk-in they were really busy, so I decided to come back the next day and I’m glad that I did because it was well worth it :) The best part about this salon is that I feel comfortable with whomever is doing my nails, like, all

I love Luxe nails. Ivy, the shop owner, is the only person who has ever been able to consistently get almond nails the shape I like them. She remembers what shape you like and what styles and she also remembers things about you!
I've gotten gels and dip sets and both have been awesome. If I break a nail, I just go back and it is fixed for no charge. They have a really massive color range and you are always welcome to say something until you like them!
Definitely recommend- I already tell all the girls I meet who love nails about Luxe! They all have loved luxe and I think you will too!

I enjoyed how clean and bright this establishment was, sometimes nail salons can be dark and mysterious which makes a customer what is hiding in the shadows. Anyways, I wanted a simple pedicure and there was a great, organized selection of colors, styles, brands to choose from. I was happy with how the color I chose turned out on my toenails. I wish I would have gotten the stylist’s name - she did great and was super friend, but I know I will be back. She complimented my tattoo and made small talk but not too much which is perfect for me when I go for relaxation and pampering.

This is not my normal nail salon, but I was in the area meeting friends and this is the place that was suggested. I got a pedicure on this trip and was pretty satisfied with the results. I did have to come back into the establishment to get a touch up from the paint not being completely dry when I left. The dryers just weren't drying the nails. The paint job was also a little messy, but they were nice about cleaning up areas that I asked them. The massage chairs are definitely very different! I was taken a little off guard when my bottom started getting massaged....felt a little violated

This is my favorite nail place in Austin. The location is great and so are most of the nail techs, I never have to wait long to be seen, plus they have free margaritas! I always go to Maria, Nancy or Ivy for my SNS and they never fail to impress. I attached a picture of my awesome nails by Maria, which have been on for over a week and a half now (that's why they look a touch grown out). My nails usually stay on anywhere from 4-5 weeks, which is awesome compared to 2 weeks at most from other places.
My ONLY complaint is that it's always SO quiet in there, they never have any music playing

Awesome job! Tina was sweet and took her time with me. They have a few soft drinks as well if you would like along with a frozen margarita mixer.
The place was clean as well and breathable! It didn't smell like straight chemicals. Prices were also reasonable. I'll be back for sure.
4 stars only because I thought they were a bit slow. I got a simple pedi and mani and was here over an hour.

I usually don't go to salons to do my nails but I did my Yelp research and this salon was pretty close to my place! As soon as I walked in I saw all the waiting chairs were filled but I didn't have to wait too long, 15 mins give it take. I noticed they had free soft drinks/water and a margarita machine. Of course I couldn't help myself and sipped on my alcoholic beverage while I waited.
I got a classic pedicure, one up from an express which was decently priced. The gentleman who started prepping my toes was friendly and quick. The lady who finished the job by painting my toe nails

Made an appointment there for 4/27 and they were quite accommodating for myself and 4 bridesmaids. The pedicure was fab and the SNS nails on my fingers were gorgeous. I got pink with a holographic powder overlay and my nails looked like unicorn hooves. It sparkled so much in the sun and I've gotten numerous compliments on my nails.
The staff was wonderful, and they have the cutest kitty chairs for children who want a pedicure!

And now with the new dipping powders, this place just can't be beat. They must have over 200 colors to choose from. They do them a lot so they have the technique down. They also have the best product. Some brands go on thick but they've chosen a system that is light and durable and super shiny.
I used to be a shellac girl. (They have a couple hundred colors of shellac too.) But the dipping powders are where it's at. No chipping
