Love the location, which is a main reason that I chose this apartment complex. The photos are also really nice. I’ve lived in several states, and so I’m not sure if I’m just a special case, but this has been the worst experience that I’ve had at an apartment complex. Usually, there are one or two issues with an apartment unit that need to be fixed. But these don’t seem to stop! Since I moved here in late May, I have had to ask for the following to be fixed:
-My bedroom light (Still doesn’t turn on properly)
-Washer and drier didn’t work (They replaced)
-Handle popped off of the

My family and I moved in to The Enclave back in October and couldn’t be happier! Briana made the process of submitting our applications and getting us on our unit super easy! She was prompt when responding to our questions and concerns and regularly checks in to see how everything is going! Maintenance came and fixed the few and minor issues we had upon move in and love calling this place our new home!

I moved here since 2017. Moving out next month. Love the area and the apartments are beautiful. Assistant manager is awful, they act like you’re bothering. I hate to even ask for anything or ask questions they make me feel extremely uncomfortable. When they should do the complete opposite they should be thankful they had a reliable renter. I’m done. I’ll let you know how the move out process is, wish me luck!

Live here, be prepared to be charged about 200 extra a month in community expenses and bd bull service charges. Water is shared expense(the apartment uses a sprinkler system), $40 for vallet trash that you can’t turn down. $40 sewage, service fee, $31 CAM fe, $10 PDLW, plus a convenience fee if you want to pay with a debit card or bank account. Rent is 1550 a month, end up paying around 1750 BOFORE UTILITIES. Have even gotten charger a $181 late fee (with a $25 dollar service fee) AFTER I PAIED MY RENT. Got charged a late fee AFTER I paid my rent.Appliances break all the time, and the sewer doesn’t

I lived here about 6 months in 2016. The security was a joke.. my car was broken into in the first month and 4k worth of equipment was stolen from my car. They brag about safe parking... when I went to management, they told me the cameras didn't face that direction.. and maybe I should buy a sheltered parking spot. For 25 a month. If you consider yourself a premium apt complex maybe have security for the entire complex.
When we moved out they not only took our $1400 deposit but charged us 76$ on top of it for replacing the blinds. Which we had told them needed to be replaced when the wire became

An okay apartment complex that charges for the “luxury” label without the luxury amenities. Too little parking. AC blew slow and cool, not cold. Was told it was normal. Never experienced worst AC performance in any other complex, even in units with a swamp cooler. “Renovated” counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom were just painted over laminate tops. The new Vinyl flooring in the bathroom was wavy and uneven. The front door seemed smaller than the door frame, as there were gaps all around the door allowing light and bugs through. The units are nice, but comparable to complex’s hundred

We lived there for 2 years in two different floorplans. Both apartments were clean, safe and quite nice. Both had been recently upgraded. The leasing Staff are exceptional. They seem to know everyones name and were more than supportive when we lost our dog to cancer. It was if they had lost their pet.
Maintenance is over the top. Joeseph and Rene were friendly and professional!
The only "knock" I have is that the bathtub and enclosure was not upgraded/updated and they really should be.

I really liked this place in the beginning. They really talk this place up but you pay for things you can't use. The pool hasn't been in open and we pay for it! No one cares about valet trash but they make you pay for that too. You pay to water the grass in the summertime. It gets old fast. I will be out as soon as my lease is up! Don't rent here overpriced!

When I was doing a search for apartments in the NE Heights I found this to be a beautiful community with tons of amenities. I believed it to be out of my price range. As I trudged through all the communities on Eubank I was stunned to find out that all of these were saying that they had what it takes to be comparable to this place? This is an absurd concept "market value."

If I could give zero stars I would! The new management has added all sorts of random fees. A common space area fee, a fee of 4.95 to charge for utilities, a fee EVERY time you pay rent online, a fee for access to pay online, random service fees, this place is ridiculous!!! And the management is incompetent. Renovations are loud and last weeks, and leave old appliances out for display often. Don't walk...run away from The Enclave. RUN!!
