So lemme give you brief information. The apartment complex is owned by one lady I don't know her name. She is acting like a queen , she thinks that she can do whatever she wants. If u have a problem regarding that complex instead of solving that problem she will tel you that it is my property I can decide what to do. The front office sucks ! They are unprofessional! During the summer time the lady who thinks she can do whatever she wants , she added note at the entrance she will give you $200 penalty if u will be in the pool after 10 pm )) she was just using her power for her own purposes. Been living here for about 2 months now. First day moving in my A/C was not working, I didn’t have access to my outside storage, and my stove was broken. Maintenance ended up canceling my stove repair so I had to go back into the office to get it fixed. Every now and then I see giant bugs throughout the place, pest came by to spray but it made no difference. The biggest issue I have with this place is that the walls and ceiling are paper thin. I’m able to hear everything my neighbors around me are doing. and it has caused me to wake up in the middle of the night almost daily. I would recommend

I guess in my short amount of time trying to contact them I’ve learned the don’t care. …they don’t care about their prospects so I’m sure they don’t care about their residents period. I’ve tried pretty much all day to call with no answer. At first it was a little alarming but I figured maybe it’s just one person and they’re busy. Understandable. As a person who is looking at your property I would expect professionalism but today I did not receive that from this property.
First I have been contacting this property for awhile now to prevent what happened today but instead no one ever answers the phone to let a person know this particular property is at “ Full capacity “ and instead greeting me the leasing women in the office wanted to just stick her head out of the door way to tell me they didn’t have any one bedrooms available and did not care to get my contact information to reach out if anything was to open up.

If you are looking for a great place to live....this is it! Danielle, Nicolette and Karyn in the office are friendly and helpful. The maintenance men respond quickly and efficiently. The grounds are always well kept and clean. I love the beautiful tall trees that provide a playground for the squirrels. They offer weekly pest control but I have never needed it. It is peaceful and quiet and everyone is respectful of their neighbors. Cottages at Tulane is by far the best complex I've ever lived.

The major issues here causing these apartments to be lower than 5 stars are simply the staff. Not any one staff member in particular, as I have seen many over the five years that I have lived here. Maintenance is slow and unless there is a request or a problem it won't be fixed. Repairs on the common areas are often half-assed fixing the issue but looks terrible. The office staff is slow to respond and generally lethargic. These apartments have potential to be one of the best in the area. The location

Wish I could give this place negative stars. Lived there for 3 years, never needed any maintainence done, never caused any issues and always paid my bills early. When I moved out I got hit with a $2,000 move out fee. To avoid any sort of negative rental history for future apartments/homes I gave them post dated checks for the amount due. 8 months… later I get a call from a collection agency saying I owed another $1500. I lived there for 18 months. I had the cutest little studio with a huge weeping willow in the back. It had just been remodeled and had all new appliances. It was in a convenient location to shopping and dining and the area was fairly safe. My only complaint was the neighbor upstairs was extremely loud and annoying. But overall I couldn't complain.
